I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

I have found my holy grail! My thin, bleached, dry hair, was left feeling so hydrated, silky and shiny. Usually moisturizing shampoo and conditioners weigh my hair down but this is the first range I have found that has left my hair looking so healthy, moisturized and full of volume. My hair has never looked or felt healthier and contains no nasties or silicones. Love it, the best on the market!

I just have to take a moment to give a shout-out to the team over Beauty Affairs and this awesome little (perhaps not so little :)) company. EVERY time I place an order, it's always perfect. I’m naturally a brunette and I have always had my hair bleached for about 10 years continuously. I use this about once a week after I shampoo my hair with the Olaplex Shampoo then after I would use the Purple Toning Shampoo and use this as a mask/conditioner. It makes a huge difference, my hair feels so much stronger. Less breakage during my salon visit and it’s definitely makes my hair so soft and manageable.

I just used this on my hair before trying it on clients because my hair is a constant moisture-void no matter what moisture-targeted products I have used in the past (professional line and direct retail). I used it after a stand-alone No. 1 & 2 treatment, using Olaplex No. 4 as my washout shampoo—which has been standard for me for a while, so I knew any changes, good or bad, would be attributable to the Olaplex 4-in-1. I will say I left it on for 20 minutes instead of the minimum 10 only because I got caught up doing something else. I could tell as soon as I rinsed how much more moisturized my hair was and how much more slip it had even prior to combing. But the real test would be the state of affairs after the blowout. It did not disappoint—in fact, quite ... MoreAmazing! I have natural curly hair

I have natural curly hair but it is also very frizzy. i have tried so many different products to tame the frizz!Finally found this one!!! it works great. Even though it is expensive, there is no need to use a lot of the product. and i don't use it every time i wash my hair. i use it when the frizz starts to show up again!!!

It's Authentic!

I believe this is the real deal. I actually use this as a leave-in. My hair type is 3C/4A, silky with fine strands and medium density. I have box braids in currently and as I redo them, I comb out with shed hair then add this, then seal it with West African shea butter, then redo the braid. I also texlax and I do use k18 leave-in. With my hair regimen and with these products, my hair doesn't break off as easy and in turn I can reach my length goals.
