I tried this for the first time on a blond client of mine. We do about a level 8-9 root touch up and every few appointments we’ll do a highlight. She develops some buildup on her hair from time to time, making her blonde look dull and lacking shine. I did this and it immediately gave her hair so much more life and looked as if I had done a fresh highlight (which we didn’t). Her hair felt rich and soft since this treatment really allowed the Olaplex conditioner to absorb into her hair.

I??ve been using the normal olaplex shampoo for a long time and love it, and this clarifying shampoo was great. Although my hair felt a little dryer than normal after washing, the olaplex conditioner brought it back to normal.
