I had heard great things about Olaplex, was very excited to try it, however after using a couple times my hair actually felt worse. It felt crispy and wouldn’t hold a style. I went back to my old conditioner and it helped a ton. I kept using the shampoo and it seems fine but the conditioner was terrible for my hair.

There is NO WAY this is real Olaplex. The smell and consistency is totally off. This feels like cheap shampoo. I will be returning. I thought this was actually coming from Walmart but apparently not.
Definitely NOT Olaplex! It looks like it from the outside and color of shampoo/conditioner. Has a very fragrant scent that real olaplex does not. Also the conditioner left my hair greasy.
There's no way that I would spend this much on hair stuff EXCEPT fir thus product! Makes my course hair silky soft!
The Olaplex product line of shampoos and conditioners has immensely improved the look, texture, and feel of my hair, having colored and blow dried my hair for more than 30 years! A little goes a long way! Worth the expense!
