I’m really trying to use up all my other eye creams so I can repurchase this one. It blends seamlessly into my skin without leaving a white cast or pilling, yet it still seems to be slightly brightening. I also really believe it made a difference in my under eye creases/wrinkles. My under eyes were my biggest insecurity before using this product but now I’m much more confident. My under eyes are much more hydrated, less deep creases, and my concealer applies better. Can’t ask for much more!

I love this eye cream! I use it religiously - a gentle pat around my eye socket along the bone margins and let it soak in. I have bags and work from inner edge to outer edge along the bag edge not too close to my eye. I swear there is a noticeable reduction in fine lines crepiness. Also, because I use a moisturising sunscreen suitable for eyes, I feel the skin is firmer on the lid. Only use a tiny amount! It goes a long way and lasts ages. Also, in Australia, 1/2 price sales come on pretty regularly 😉 As with all products - patch test. I am looking forward to trying the Max version next to compare them.

Olays' Regenerist Hyaluronic + Peptide 24 Gel Face Moisturizer, Fragrance-Free, is all and all an okay product. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion, but I am still not sure what my opinion is. I have been using this product for 2 weeks, but have seen zero results. I always feel like my skin is dry and my wrinkles are more pronounced after use. I have combination skin and in the areas where my skin is oily, the product seems to help. I do like the gel-like consistency. It feels cool on my skin on hot days. I can easily apply makeup over the product, which is a huge benefit in my book.

This product is rich but sinks into the skin and is highly moisturising. I use it every night (as my skin is used to retinol, if your skin is new to retinol, work up your tolerance to it by using it once a week then increasing it every week, as it can cause irritation, dry skin and peeling) on both my under eyes and eye lids. This eye cream is primarily for anti-aging and should be used in conjunction with a high SPF in the morning as retinol can make you more sensitive to UVA/UVB rays, which can cause damage to the skin. In the morning, my eyes are nicely moisturised, bright and my concealer applies beautifully for a creasless application (I use the nars creamy concealer and pat McGrath powder, the perfect combination ♡). It was nice at 1st, but then....

At 1st I loved this product! Very silky and smooth. Made my skin feel very soft. But after a few weeks of using I started noticing a white spot starting to form under my left eye. It's very noticeable and annoying!!! I bought this product to help get rid of wrinkles, lines and other problems I'm having with my skin, not make more problems for it!! And to top it all off I had originally set up a subscription for this product and it got sent to me before I realized I didn't want it anymore so now I have a brand new, unopened jar that I paid for and can't use and its past the 30 day return policy so I'm stuck with it.

Lovely to apply, but made skin flaky

I was chosen to trial the Olay Regenerist Retinol 24 Night Eye Cream. I was really excited, and keen to see if it would help my under eye circles. I used it every second night, along with the Retinol 24 Night Moisturiser Cream. as suggested to avoid irritation. The little pot is classy, and very generous with the amount that is in it, and the cream felt beautiful. Applying it was really nice and really easy – it was so velvety, and had the perfect consistency to allow me to pat it around the eye but to then sink in quickly, leaving no sticky feeling. I also loved that it never stung my eyes, as sometimes eye creams do if a tiny bit seeps in. The Night Moisturiser did the same to my face, but after just 2 applications). After each subsequent application, these dry patches got worse – and could be seen clearly once I applied concealer and powder under my eyes. Luckily I am WFH due to COVID-19, and I’m sure it couldn’t have been spotted on my daily work video conference calls! The dryness spread to my eyelids and then in my eyebrows, which was a bit gross. I don’t usually have any skin sensitivities - I can use any product - but the dry patches I experienced while using it for over 3 weeks, and the fact I saw no improvement in my under eye shadows or in my little lines at the outside of my eyes in texture, means I wouldn’t use it again. I stopped once the trial period was finished. I did really enjoy applying it though, and I so wished it had worked, or at least not irritated my skin around my eyes. It was a really nice product to apply.

My Eyes are in fire four days after using once

I purchased Reginerist as I have run out of my Lancôme product. After reading these reviews, this product should be removed from the market. I used this product one time, four days ago. The next morning my eyes were burning, but not red. Over the course of the next three days my eyes are still burning and I have painful, giant circles around both. This rash literally looks like raccoon eyes except the circles are bright pink. I’m calling Olay tomorrow.

I will admit I grew up on Estee Lauder since then have used DSC etc. I would say the DSC helps Fine Lines a bit more but the price tag is 10 times more expensive I also like DHC their eyebright really helps dark circles but I did like the Olay eye cream. I do feel it did help some with the dark circles maybe a little with fine lines but I do plan to continue using it and finishing the product so I definitely did not hate it.I would definitely say go for this if you're younger or if you have a tighter budget, maybe going on vacation and you don't want to take out of your expensive product.

I think so much of the price tag (for this product) is tied into the packaging, rather than the quality of the product - which of course was tested for the entirety of the product trial. The jar itself is plastic and reasonably durable but in no way fancy. Again, this contradicts the excessive price tag that accompanies this product. I used this cream consistently every night on receipt of the product. I found the product consistency rich, creamy and easy to apply. It absorbs well and did not cause any conflicts with my current evening regime. However, it did not improve my eye concerns in any small (let alone dramatic) way. At this stage, I think this is at best, a nice change of pace, but otherwise a costly exercise for those who choose to spend the money. I would not elect to make the purchase.

Only a tiny bit is needed for each application. Given that this is a night only product, it will last forever. The Retinol 24 range contains Retinyl Propionate (a retinol ester) and also retinol as active ingredients. Also contained in the mix is niaccinamide which, from a brief search of academic research paper, works in synergy with retinyl propionate to improve the appearance of aging skin. Since retinol can be a very powerful ingredient, the trial instruction is to start this slowly (2-3 times a week) and gradually build up skin tolerance. Luckily for me, no sensitivity is observed so far. That said, it is almost impossible to observe results from such a brief usage and haven't been using this daily. However, my skin is liking this eye cream so far and I intend to build the usage up in the near future.
