Bought this for granddaughter for Christmas. Did not have all the parts. Tried to submit a return or get the missing pieces but the app would not let me send a picture. It still sits in a box unable to be used

These beds are great! Very easy to put together and sturdy. Love the fact that you can use it as bunk beds or separate beds. It comes with extra balls that go on the bed post in case you want it as two beds. What I don't care for is the fact that those little balls just sit there in the hole, come right out so it may not be good for little ones. Also, the beds just sit on each other with little wood dowels, you can just lift the top bed right off so be careful when moving. My 10 year old loves everything about it, she doesn't notice these little things. Overall, very sturdy, good quality, well worth it.

What I really like: Easy to assemble (about 20 minutes). Parts are all clearly labeled, packaged well, and only require a screwdriver to assemble. Instructions including drawing of what to do and are very easy to follow. Can be set up as bunk bed or as two separate beds. Lightweight and easy for kids to move around on their own. What I don't like: Dowels between upper and lower bunk (and for knobs) don't hold pieces together tight. Blankets and pillow don't really have any padding to them. Screw heads are exposed (no stickers or plugs to cover them), but that is really aesthetic. Would I recommend? Depends. If you are looking for doll furniture that will last a lifetime - a keepsake - no. Otherwise, yes.

The bunk bed set is adorable! I love the gray polka dot design and the ladder is a nice addition. It was very easy to assemble; it took me less than 20 minutes. My kids (ages 3, 5, and 7) have really enjoyed playing with it, using it for all sorts of dolls. It fits even tall 18" dolls. The kids like that it can be reconfigured into single beds (and they can do it themselves!). I like that it included an extra set of bedknobs for when they separate them. The only thing I didn't like was the included pillows and mattresses. They seemed like throw away items. They are understuffed.

If your child likes to move stuff (as most do!), then the beds are not secured together and it'll come apart. You'll also have loose knobs that could easily get lost. Overall, my daughter really loves it, and it's fine for her being six. I am not sure it would be that great for a three year old, though, with the loose small parts.

My daughter was so excited to play with this bunk bed she made me bulid them right away. At first I was worried because it comes all alot of pieces. The instructions are clear and very easy to assemble only took me about 10 to 15 mins to put together with a screwdriver. The material used is not very strong for the price point I would expect something more sturdy or thicker wood. The decorative tops just fall right off I'm thinking of glueing them on so we don't lose them. one of the most positive things I liked was the size of the bunk bed I think its a perfect size my daughter (age 10) has 3 American Girl dolls which fit perfect in this 18inch bed. we also enjoy the look of the design, color and white polka dots.

Great quality doll bunk bed. With two daughters at home, it's nice that they can play together with the bunk bed set or separate the beds for individual play. This is by far the best aspect of the product for me. So far a variety of their dolls and baby dolls have slept in the beds. While the knobs for the tops of the beds are aesthetically pleasing, I'm not sure they are absolutely necessary. Maybe for older girls it is not an issue but this product is suggested for ages 3 and up; my youngest has constantly been taking the knobs on and off of the bedposts. Overall a solid product that will make any doll lover happy.

Adorable for Little Girls

My daughter is 3 and loves to take care of her dolls and stuffed animals. This bed is perfect for sitting in her room and having her dolls and stuffed animals "go to sleep" when she sleeps. The beds are large enough for a doll and a stuffed animal and small blanket. I really like the light gray color and polka dot pattern on the wood... goes well with our home decor as opposed to some of the brightly colored plastic doll accessories I've seen before. Quality-wise I like that it's wood, feels sturdy and overall blends quite well with other doll accessories we have from higher priced retailers. However several of the pieces were marked incorrectly (the circle stickers indicating they were piece "C" and then the instructions referred to them as piece "B" but by laying out all the pieces it was fine to see which pieces they were actually referring to. And a personal pet peeve with any assembly furniture - the indicator stickers do not remove easily and half the sticker is left on the furniture. At first I thought the dows that hold the bunks together were too lose - but then I realized it was so the beds could be used separately or as bunk beds, which is great especially if you have two daughters - once can each have one - but it should have been stated a little clearer on the box or instructions that the beds could be used separate or bunked. Overall my daughter loves the bunk beds, so for that it's a great addition to her room.

This doll bunk bed is very cute and well-liked by both of my children (ages 9 and 2). Both children like putting their dolls and favorite stuffed animals to bed on them- sometimes as bunk beds in the playroom and sometimes a bed in each kids' room. The frame of each bed is sturdy and has a cute, traditional design. I overlooked this detail and had a little reconstructing to do when I tried to stack the beds.Sadly, I could not keep our 2 year old from standing on one of the beds and she cracked the part that goes under the mattress. I was able to tape it up and it works just fine. This didn't effect my opinion of the product too much, however, since it was not made for toddlers. That doll bed now lives in our 9 year old's room, right next to the bed. With the mattresses and pillows that come with the doll beds, one couldn't even tell that one is a little cracked.The decorative balls on the top do come off a little too easily, but I plan to add some glue to keep those in place. In summary: super cute, easy to assemble, keep it away from toddlers
