Despite the hype, olly is only decent. I’ve found tons of multivitamins that are far more health and effective but they aren’t as marketable and not in every store you go. Marketing is 10/10 for olly but there are much better brands, including ones without pig Gelatin. I’ve seen so many friends of mine struggle with health issues especially with hair loss among other symptoms of vitamin deficiency. Although this brand has an aesthetic to make it easily recognizable and a good go-to supplement, I have not once see it make any discernable improvements to the wellness of those I know who have taken it. OMG!!! I bought these for my daughter because she liked the OLLY sleep gummies but these are absolutely horrendous. The smell alone is horrible. I smelled it as soon as she opened the container. She gave it a try and took two as recommended. The smell still lingered after the container was closed and the smell stayed with her. I had to cover my nose whenever she talked. Still she gave it a try the next day. At this point we are both over the smell. I immediately bought her Tic Tac, gum and anything else to get rid of the smell. And if the smell wasn’t bad enough, the taste was just as bad in her words. She was a trooper and really tried to hang in there and continue taking them because I bought them for her at her request but I wouldn’t torture her like that. So now ... MoreOMG!!! Lord help me when I opened those bad boys up! Jon walked into the kitchen and was like, “It smells funny in here!” I took a good whiff and prayed they tasted better than they smelled. Imagine the typical smell of vitamins, multiplied, with an attempted flavoring of berry…. Yeah. Nope! I did as the instructions say and popped 2 in, hoping for a better outcome. Rarely in my life, have I ever tasted something that tasted exactly as it smelt! Picture chomping down on your most potent vitamin or that taste when it lingers on your tongue just a bit too long… This is worse! Plus it’s a gummy so you have to keep chewing to swallow it, then it’s all up in your teeth, flavor (and I say that loosely) just lingers. A few swigs of soda, several cough drops later, and it still stuck around! So, tonight, I go in for my obligatory vitamins and y’all, I think this bronchitis has taken a few brain cells cuz I don’t know why I expected any better of a result! If nothing else, it was worse!!! It’s like the act of opening the jar released the kraken! I think I almost came close to seeing the Lord because how anything that awful can be marketed is beyond me.So friends, the moral of this story is first, take your probiotics and Olly has some pretty tasty ones! Second, do not, under any circumstances, buy the Olly brand women’s multivitamin! If you want potent, I’ve got other suggestions, but stay far, far away from Olly. Suggested use could be for critter deterrent, maybe even mosquito repellant, I don’t even know if ants would touch those things! Don’t want anyone to get close, open a jar and keep it on you. I'll try a different brand next. I have been buying these gummies for the past two years and I will continue to do so! I am an adult that HATES taking pills, always have, and my fear of pills has always prevented me from being consistent with taking vitamins. These change everything! My blood levels have improved and my doctors are proud. I was surprised when my doctor told me my blood work came out fine for once! Nothing was low. Now, these aren’t the best tasting but as someone mentioned they’re not supposed to taste like candy lol. I’d be concerned if it did. It gets the job done. My ONLY con though is that recently Olly has been putting one less or possibly one extra gummy in their products. I don't know what some peoples issues are with the taste and smell because the smell is not that bad. It has a strong smell as soon as you open it, but it goes away after opening it everyday. The taste is just like a fruit snack, it doesn't taste bad at all. So I don't know what some reviews mean with the taste and not being able to "keep it down", because there is no way that's possible! They taste amazing, sure the smell is strong, but all vitamins smell, medicines smell, etc. It's normal! I love these, personally I have felt less fatigue and feel more support from the vitamins I lack with my bad eating habits. I don't have a good, regular eating schedule, so I miss out on a lot of nutrients and vitamins, but from these I can feel the difference and see a difference.
No lie. These smell like old Dr pepper, pennies and multi vitamins. I was excited to try them, but when I opened the lid the excitement dwindled. I thought maybe they had just been marinating for too long. So I left the kid off, hoping they'd air out and taste like a blissful berry. But my entire bathroom started to smell like the inside of the bottle. I had one last hope and was praying that they tasted better than they smelled. They absolutely do not taste better than they smell. They taste worse. They taste like old Dr pepper, and female dog pee on carpet. I'd rather chew a vitamin pill.
Omggg i loveeee these vitamins so much. They made my hair grow so quickly after having sever bleach damage for several years. they made my curls healthy and for once when i straighten it it’s actually shiny and healthy feeling 🤍 and on the plus side the biotin actually didn’t break me out. i also noticed that they have niacinimide in them and i’m not sure if ingesting it affects your skin in the same way applying it topically does but my skin has cleared up quite nicely as well so i wonder if the vitamins had anything to do w that. they don’t taste AMAZING and the smell a bit weird but not diffuse than many other vitamins i’ve tried. they’re just not half full of preservatives like flinstones 😭 but if ur picky ab that stuff be warned. the thing is they have ...
