After reading reviews I was confident it would keep water adequately hot all day. I pre heated the flask with hot water as instructed but sadly the water does not stay hot for more than 3 hours. It does stay very warm but not hot. Haven't tried for keeping cold. Wouldn't recommend unless it was for use within the 3 hours.

I needed something, I found exactly what I wanted and now I have it and can use it all within a couple of days
The pots are excellent. They keep water piping hot for 7 hours at least and it is still very hot as much as 12 hour later. The handle on one was damaged when I received it but this was replaced and the new one is perfect. Be careful when cleaning and be sure to remove the lit by the hinge on the back as this is quite a small hinge for the size of the lid and could break.
We bought two of these to use at our parish events. They are excellent for keeping water hot for hours. They can splash a little when full - just need to press gently. Very easy to use and keep clean. Lightweight and stay cool on outside - brilliant!
used this pot to keep coffee hot for a party, it did an awesome job, even by the next day the leftovers were still warm! there are better products out there but for the price i paid, it was excellent, exceeded my expectations!
I absolutely love it and so do the homeless that it serves. Delivery was fast and the size is great. The water stays lovely and hot and I will order another one when I can afford it
