As long as you keep your expectations in check, this title can be very fun - particularly in short bursts. There is a good selection of events from basketball to baseball to track and field. Of course, you should not expect any of these events to be full-fledged and deeply developed games (this is no NBA 2K or The Show), but it offers a solid presentation and plays well.

The main problem with this game is the huge difficulty spike in the medal rounds of the button mashing event. 100m dash, perfect first 2 rounds. I win by 3 seconds or more. Medal round, last place. The other bad part is that this game has been available in Japan for over a year so you won't be at the top of the leaderboards and world records for a very long time.

Fun and silly sports game. You can create a hilarious avatar and the game play feels like a wii sports or mario party type of game play. Good honest fun for the light at heart
Fun game from SEGA for the 2020 Olympics released in 2021. This one came in from left field as SEGA already partnered with Nintendo on Mario and Sonic at the Tokyo Olympics. Fun gameplay and lots of replayability.
I think this is a fun game. The way they came up with how to do each event is good to me. What I really wish is that we can get the old olympic games, that's not arcade style, simulation style. And compete completely in a full olympics. But I do think if you are interested in olympic play it is fun, and the gameplay is good to me. Thank you for making an olympic game.
This is a fun sports title,even if you aren't into them like myself. Multiple sport events to master. It's like WII sports without the WII-ness. Create your own avatar and go for the gold. Boxing,karate,basketball,it's all here and simple to play. This is a great addition and experience.
Ok if your into games like the track and field stuff that has been a thing going all the way back toe the C64, of the epic Sega Track and field on PlayStation and Sega Saturn. You will enjoy and get a kick out of this game.The best part of this game from the lost olympic games is the wacky costumes you can earn and unlock. Want to see a guy in a sonic costume running the 100 meter dash. This is the game for you.Other then that its an average game. But it has its moments.
Bought this for my daughter who loves the Olympics. She was so disappointed with this game. No skateboarding,the BMX level is rubbish and basically you just press one button......all the time! The music, graphics,gameplay are just awful. Seriously, having a molten lava enema would be more fun than playing this again.
