I have so much love for this juicer. It’s excellent for the price point. Cleaning is so easy! It can go in the dishwasher but is so easy to rinse I rarely bother. It extracts lots of juice from whatever I give it (celery mostly but also apples, pears, carrots or oranges). All that’s left over is a neat little sausage of veggie pulp.

I waited to post my review. I have been using this juicer for about 3 months. I love it. I try to use every day. I have not had any problems with this juicer. I saw a few reviews saying you had to cut the food in smaller pieces, but I look at it as I have to cut it anyway so for me its not a big deal. Parts are holding up just fine. Would recommend this juicer.

Has completely changed my lifestyle! I used to skip breakfast and start the day with 2 coffees. Now, I make sure I have my celery juice made the night before so I can wake up and drink it straight away. No more excuses! The juicer is quiet, easy to clean and juices wonderfully. My kids are getting their veggies hidden in the juice as well and love helping me make them. Very happy to have invested in this product and my health.
It works okay, not noisy. The pulp comes out a little wet. I have put it back through to extract more juice but that sometimes allows more pulp to pass into the juice. Organic celery us expensive so it would be better if more juice was extracted.If I only pass through once it gives a very nice juice.Sometimes the black piece on the end that the pulp passes through gets stuck. Gently locking it in place helps.
We bought our juicer in January and have already broken three feed shoots. Beets, carrots or any vegetable that is not soft will crack the feed shoot, sending the end cap, juice and pulp all over the kitchen. After the first shoot cracked, I starting cutting up the carrots and beets into 1/4" pieces and feeding them one piece at a time and this juicer still can't handle them. The replacement feed shoots are always out of stock (because you constantly have to replace them).We juice every morning and have been trying all week to get a new shoot, but they are still out of stock. So we will purchase a totally different juicer and it won't be an Omega. All the plastic parts of this juicer will break on you. replacement parts are often out of stock and when in stock a $20 chute feed will cost you $40+ to ship. Dealing with customer service took months to replace the plastic chute. Tired to juice with new chute and the Black end cap broke. Very very disappointed with the product - have been able to juice just 7 times since September 2022 due to broken plastic parts.
For the price, it's a great juicer. I read reviews mentioning people found plastic in their juice - have NOT experienced any of that. Does fantastic job on celery. I do put it through a second time with great results. Far superior to the Hamilton Beach it repaced.
Bought this for my partner for her birthday l. She was eyeing off for months. Boy did I get some brownie points, she loves it. Usually she uses the traditional pulp juice such as breville, but this is much more quieter, substantially less waste, and makes her celery juice colder for her to drink on the spot. She usually had to wait half an hour to refrigerate it to drink. Quality build and product and helped me win some points with her! Great product 👌
I bought this juicer less than 2 months ago and have used it about 6 times so far. I was juicing with it yesterday, and while it was running, it seems the machine overheated and melted the plastic on the nozzle attachment. The entire attachment side melted and fell off. There was plastic bits in the juice and the pulp as you can see in the pictures.This is so dangerous, I could not even believe it happened. I have followed all operating and cleaning procedures. It makes me wonder if this was gradually happening and I have been consuming plastic bits here and there the previous times I have used it. I have tried to call customer service with no success.
