This is one of only a few products that will remove urine and poo stains without pre soaking. One scoop easily cleans a full load (I have a 10kg washing machine - huge)Do NOT use it in cold water as the chemicals in it don't activate in cold water and the powder will not dissolve in cold water. The manufacturer states that "cold" is above 28 degrees. Put your hand in your washing machine to feel the water temp. If correct it will feel like a hot bath tub temperature.Does not remove blood (Keep a mix of 3% peroxide (chemist warehouse), baking soda and dishwashing liquid mixture in an open cup and apply a blob of this directly to any really bad stains 20 mins before washing them)I have never had to rewash using this powder and warm water. Perfect job every time.

Have been using front loader powder for years with no problem.Now there is soap left over and need to add additional rinse cycle. They cannot recommend 1 scoop for BOTH front & top loader. Top loaders use much more water.I even had technician check & immediately he told us there is too much soap which can ruin the machine.We now use liquid powder as we can't find Omo front loader powder anywhere.

I agree with previous writer, it is either for front loaders or top loaders, cant be both according to your marketing hype in previous years!There is always suds/residue in the machine, time to look for a genuine front loader product.Plus bulk product should be priced accordingly. I can buy smaller quantities in the supermarket for less than this 7kg container, which incidentally used to be 10kg
