The product seems to work fine. Just began using it.. need to validate at Drs office on my next visit. However the price of this product is $25 more that other retailers $49 vs $75.I have second thoughts from purchasing anything from CVS except for prescription drugs. I like the store but the pricing over 30% isn’t fair. I don’t find the service to be exceptional compared to other retailers even if I convince my self fir the additional cost.

Best arm BPM

Accurate readings, simple to operate and reasonable price.You can use batteries to start the BPM. It has power source to connect to power outlet. You need to buy power source adapter, it does not come with power adapter. Overall great machine.

Easy to sync to phone

The OMRON 5 series blood pressure monitor is very easy to operate and easy to connect to my iPhone. I had a 40% off of a regular priced item so this was very affordable. My blood pressure has been running low so my doctor wanted me to start taking it regularly. Easy to use. Compact.

I was happy to learn that the monitor was easy to use and compact for storage purposes.Also, I like that the company has been making blood pressure monitors for over 45 years and that Omron is the Number One Doctor and Pharmacist Recommended Brand.

Gets the job done.

So the device itself works fine. The Bluetooth option works fine on my iPad (8th gen) but not with my LG Android phone. My phone recognizes the device but the data just won't transfer. The manual option works but I don't really need it. Once the data is transferred to my iPad I can pick up the updated info on my phone once I log into the app. So since I will only be using the BPM at home I'm good. Also the 5 Series has an option for power adapter so you don't have to continue to purchase batteries (adapter sold separately).

High quality blood pressure monitor

Omron was recommended to us by our General Physician. This model is simple to use and seems to provide accurate results. The sale price at CVS was reasonable for this product.

Inaccurate junk

I bought this BP monitor at a local CVS pharmacy. It was on my doctor's recommended BP monitors list. I tested it against THREE DIFFERENT medical-grade BP monitors in two different medical clinics (using the protocol described in Eguchi et al., 2012 as recommended by my MD) and it failed all 3 tests. When I contacted Omron, they said the only option was to send it back to them AT MY OWN EXPENSE for testing. They returned the monitor saying it had passed their internal tests. I am now left with a clearly inaccurate piece of junk which I now need to dispose of. A complete waste of money and many hours of my time. AVOID THIS BP MONITOR and tell everyone you know to avoid it as well! I was suckered.

My dr recommended this brand, and I'm very pleased

I got a great deal by using a CVS coupon. So I ordered this BP monitor (per my drs recommendation) on the CVS app, shipped to my house, and no issues at all. It came sooner than I expected, and it's a very nice monitor. Arm cuff fits fine, and overall it's very easy to use. Definitely recommend.

NEED TO CHECK STOCK

TOOK THE FIRST OMRON HOME AND IT DIDN'T WORK. TOOK IT BACK FOR A REPLACEMENT,IT ALSO DIDN'T WORK. I BOUGHT NEW BATTERIES AND REPLACED THEM IN STORE AND ITWORKED. MY SUGGESTION, IS TO CHECK THE STOCK FOR EXPIRED BATTERIES. I HAD PURCHASEDTHE SAME UNIT MANY YEARS AGO AND WANTED A NEWER ONE. IT WORKS FINE NOW WITH ""MY"PURCHASED BATTERIES!!!

great little machine

I had another Omron- a larger model, which I used for four years. It was great, but had more functions than I needed. It was very accurate. I know, because I brought it to my doctor's office and compared the results to their machine. It just quit working recently, but I have to say we got our money's worth. When it died, I picked this smaller, simpler model from the same company. I have to say it is just as well built, and easierto use. The cuff is very high quality, and I am completely happy with my purchase.
