These are my first pair (I tried the 3's and they had too much arch for me). I had to tighten the laces quite a bit but I have flat feet. I also have narrow heels and have no problem with heel slip on these like I do with most shoes. There are very lightweight and breathable. I've been wearing them everyday since they arrived 2 weeks ago and I am not a person who likes wearing sneakers or having my feet enclosed in any shoe. I can slip them off and on easily and love that the heel folds down too. I also stepped in a mud hole (I have the light/white) and my entire shoe up to my ankle was covered in red much but they washed up so well and looked brand new again; the clean shoe pic is after the mud incident!

The insole is not removable - it is glued down. I need to add my own orthotic insoles and didn't want to take the chance that pulling it up might damage the insole and spoil my chance to return it in case it didn't work for me. The elastic ties were too tight for my high arch. I am sadly returning it.

These are my first pair of On shoes and I am very impressed. I wore these for 6 straight hours standing and they were great. I travel for work and have been looking for something easy to put on and light and this fits the bill. I typically wear Nike Air Max shoes and these maybe a replacement for them .
Lightweight and comfortable and great feel out of the box. Should be good for light walk and traveling. Great looking shoes. Will see how it holds up. Thanks to Alexandra (Westheimer, Houston REI) for making my in-store purchase a great experience.
These are a great option for a light colored pair that aren’t the bright white. They’re light enough to match a lot and their comfort level is great. They’re not clunky at all and very light weight. They look better than any On shoes I’ve tried.
These are my third pair of On Clouds and they are my new favorite. I have had two pairs of the traditional On Cloud 5s in the past. I don’t use them for running, but just my every day walking around shoes. These are super light and airy/breathable. Very easy to slide on and off. The toe box seems a little wider than the traditional 5s, which I like, but they don’t look like big boats on my feet which I’ve felt like other On Cloud models have (not the 5s). I wore them to Disney and my feet felt great the whole time. The insoles do not seem to be glued down, as I saw someone mention in another review, because they always slide up when I pull my foot out of them.
Super lightweight, packable & comfy! Probably wouldn’t run miles and miles in them but great for walks, casual wear & travel. Love that the heel folds down making them easy to slip on for quick trips outside.
Cute, lightweight shoe! Not as much arch or insert support as other On shoes but perfect for traveling and quick workouts. I sized up 1/2 a size.
My first pair was the flows. Never ran in them only walked. I love/loved them so much and have put many many miles on them. If they weren’t so badly worn down on the treads I’d keep wearing. My next pair was the swift. Words can’t express how much I hate those. Tread wore out in half the time of my flows. These new ones are perfection right out of the box. The feel a tich wide but they are laced a little goofy. I will tighten them up. They do not have as extreme of a rocker as the swifts. I love that the heel is collapsible and the blue color is so cute. All the in’s I own are size 8. I am usually a 7.5 in street shoes but prefer to go up one half if I will be walking a lot.
