This is my second pair of On Cloud 5 running shoes. I have many other brands in my closet but these are always my go to sneakers. Whether I am heading to the gym, going for a run or just heading to Starbucks for a coffee. They are so so light and super comfortable. I was going to try another model of On this time but didn’t want to get disappointed. The ol’ saying if its not broken then don’t fix it!!! If you are on the fence don’t be they are super awesome. As for size I typically wear a 8.5 mens and these are the same. True to size. Some refer to the toe box as being narrow. They are certainly not a wide shoe but I believe they are a regular width. Let me start of by saying I am returning these in order to try a half size down from my regular size. They my perfectly in width and the sole is comfy, but they are weirdly long! I feel like I am wearing those dress shoes with pointy toes that get in the way. Hopefully the half size down makes them more manageable. Otherwise, they are incredibly comfortable, the heal is very cushy, and I like the slip-on lace system. It feels supportive, even though it is a slip-on. I might update my review when I get me new pair, and once I've worn them for a while.

These shoes are very comfortable due to the soft sole. I use these shoes when I travel and trek accross airports. The 1/2 size up recommendation was a good fit for me. I like that they can also be used for running. The waterproofing works very well without making my foot feel hot. I'm discouraged that after 10 months of use, one of the soles separarated from the heel. Since these are the most expensive athletic shoes I have ever purchased, I had hoped they would have lasted longer.

I've had the Cloud 5 running shoes for about 3 weeks now and they are great! I especially like the quick lace system. You can slip into and out of the shoes without bothering lacing up each time. Likely this is why they fit "narrow" according to some people. I believe this is intentional for the quick lace system to work! They are snug but not tight (likely why they're so comfortable) and never loose! The comfort is enhance by the sheer lightness of the shoe. The mesh toe box also adds to the comfort by ensuring your feet stay cool. Very happy with my purchase!
I had high hopes for these shoes. I like elastic laces and slip on shoes, plus being waterproof I figured they'd be good for the Colorado winters. A few issues I have had with these shoes - the upper material near the pinky toe is starting to separate at the seam. The inner part of the sole is wearing abnormally quick and the rubber is flaking off. Lastly, during cold snowy days my feet were freezing. They would be okay for around $50, but at this price I expected a higher quality longer lasting shoe. These are not worth the price for a few months of use.

I’ve only worn these 3 times, but so far I’m very happy with them. My first time wearing them was for an 8 hour shift at work, where I’m on my feet a lot, going up and down stairs. These provide comfort while also being very versatile (I got pearl/white). My favorite part of this shoe is the slip on feature. No laces that add complications or bulk, just slip on and go. I also found this product to fit TTS. I’m typically an 8-8.5, and 8 was perfect. Had I gotten the 8.5, my heel would have slipped. Despite the steep price tag, I’d recommend these.
These shoes are amazing. The first day I wore them it and just rained, and any water that got on them beaded right off. Aside from the convenience of waterproofing, they have an easy slip-on lace system that I adore. I usually wear Chelsea Boots because they slip on, and these are just as easy. Finally, these are so soft and cushy, I kind of understand why the call them 'cloud' 5. You can see how much they squish under your feet, especially the heal, and you can also feel it! I would high recommend these. They even look pretty sleek.
Sized up a whole size as recommended and fit was good. Looks great too for all types of outings. Waterproofing works well on many hikes, walks and a few runs in Minnesota fall and winter. However, probably the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. Pretty unhappy I shelled out all the money now because they just don’t seem to be getting any better. Feels like a bunched up sock under my toes in left shoe. Even tried SuperFeet inserts thinking a bit more cushion might help. In the end I’m looking around for something else.
My husband and I both got a pair of the shoes (the women’s one for me) and initially it seemed it was perfectly fine. About a couple weeks and we realized that we needed both of our feet were hurting. I had an experience this before, and everybody raves about them so I kind of just brushed it off thinking it would go away. However, my heel pain started to get worse. My husband continuously complained about his feet as well. So we decided to test other shoes out and miraculously the pain went away. So I gave the shoes a second chance, and once again my feet were on fire again. These are definitely going back. My husband is not happy, especially given the cost I would’ve expected the quality to be much more than what it was..
