These are my second pair of Cloud Running Shoes - the first pair are waterproof ones which I bought for winter walks. I tried to walking shoes but none of them had the shock absorbancy that I was looking for. I read some reviews from the U.S.A. and discovered people are buying them for work- when they have to be on their feet all day and that they had transformed their lives! Myordinary Cloud shoes are for the warmer & dry weather. Would recommend them to everyone!

Sigh, these shoes are so freaking cute. They don’t make my feet look huge and not having to tie my laces was a huge plus. But they aren’t comfortable. Limited support in the heel area. I added my orthodic insoles which kind of helped. Then I took them out for a short walk around the neighborhood. My bunion started hurting immediately. The toe box is small so I went up a size but I have narrow feet so they weren’t very secure feeling after that. As cute as they are I’m traveling to Europe a trip and there’s no way I could wear these.

Very disappointed in the quality. I have ordered this style before from the ON website and the quality was incredible. I have had for a little over two months now and the shoe is already breaking down. There are indents on the bottom and the sides are thinning out. The tread on the bottom is already worn. I only wear these shoes inside and 2-3 days a week. Hopefully the company isn’t sacrificing quality for profit.

I was so excited to hear that On running made a waterproof shoe. I thought they would be perfect for walking my dog on those rainy NYC days. I ordered my size (6) and a 6.5 since the brand says to size up… but when I went to go pick up the shoes I was able to try on both sizes and the size 6 still fit me the best. I returned the other pair right away and went home. I started wearing my new sneakers around the house to break them in… but OMG THEY HURT SO BADLY. I have the orginal On Cloud shoes and they are soooo extremely bouncy and comfortable! But the waterproof shoes, are either super loose on the top of my foot (when with the regular laces in) or are rubbing my heel really badly. I know these are all the rave and while I love the lace less option I was not impressed otherwise. Most of the color combos are pretty average and if they aren’t bland colors they are super light (no cute darker color combos). Once on these made my wide feet look like bricks, and even though they looked bulky they were still somehow tight and narrow. Just didn’t work and not the style that I get with other brands for everyday shoes. Would not recommended for wide feet and the only pro is the laces in my opinion.
Love the previous design but this newest version (Cloud 5) required me to size 2 sizes up - from a 7.5 to an 8.5! I had to size up only 1 size for the previous design. The foot insert is also different and does not have the deeper heel cup but rather a flat design. I needed to return them since my heel kept moving up and down. I purchased the black color and see others commented that the black color could be smaller than other colors. I ended up finding my older style in black. I do not think there were any positive upgrades to the newest Cloud 5 design.
Great sneakers. I wear these mostly for long walks and definitely for travel. I bought these so I don’t have to bring other footwear when I travel which also allows me more luggage room. I can also go to the gym with these when travelling. They fit perfectly, are super comfortable, breathable and I can walk for hours and my feet do not bother me. I haven’t used for bad rain storms but have jumped in a few puddles and put in some water and yes waterproof. Only flaw is the groves are so big at times big peddles need to be pushed out of them.
I love this shoe. It is very lightweight and very comfortable! I love that I can just slip it on without lacing because of the speed-laces. (I did have to search up how to tighten the speed-laces but that was very easy.) The colours are so unique and cool. The arch support isn’t terrific, but I usually add insoles to my running and walking shoes. I am very pleased with these shoes! I wear 9/9.5 and the 9.5 is perfect.
This is my first pair of On Cloud 5’s and I’m glad I found them at Altitude Sports. The all black combination is hard to find in my size at other retailers. My friend has a pair and highly recommended it because of its lightweight, breathable fabric and versatile for walking or running. I love the super comfortable fit, no tie laces and neutral color which will go well with running shorts, black leggings or wide leg jeans.Perfect shoe to wear for daily 10K+ walks and morning runs in new and old cities I’ll be exploring this spring and summer.
so comfortable! im a nurse and the minute i slid my feet in these shoes they were in heaven. i knew my search for comfy sneakers was over. the colors are cute. i like the shoestrings for ease of slipping on and off.i think the only is that the material is kind of thin. not really splash proof. maybe with some type of coating or waterproofing they’d be perfect.Runs 1/2 size small. i get lots of compliments & one of my coworkers ordered the same pair!will def be ordering again!
