I am so grateful for these sneakers. I bought them specifically for my vacation for walking/site seeing in Portugal for two weeks. They saved my problematic feet! They have so much shock support and no harsh upper edges to rub toes and back of ankles. No blisters/achy throbbing feet at the end of the day. I did size up half a size than my usual On sneakers (including the non waterproof version of this style) and at first slightly stretched the toe area with the inserts they come with to make them a little looser in the toe area. These are my best On sneakers yet and looked attractive too in a light neutral grey color. They are substantial sneakers yet still feel light on the feet. Sigh, these shoes are so freaking cute. They don’t make my feet look huge and not having to tie my laces was a huge plus. But they aren’t comfortable. Limited support in the heel area. I added my orthodic insoles which kind of helped. Then I took them out for a short walk around the neighborhood. My bunion started hurting immediately. The toe box is small so I went up a size but I have narrow feet so they weren’t very secure feeling after that. As cute as they are I’m traveling to Europe a trip and there’s no way I could wear these.

I’ve had issues with my right foot ever since I broke my 4th metatarsal bone (aka soccer player’s break). Couldn’t find a sneaker that was comfortable without having to remove the inner sole the sneaker came with and putting in my own orthopedic inner sole. These sneakers were a complete game changer!!!! My daughter recommended them because she’s on her feet all day due to her job. So I took a chance and bought these sneakers still being a skeptic. Oh my goodness I’m so happy I took the chance because these sneakers literally amazing!!!! I won’t use any other sneakers again.

I ordered my size (6) and a 6.5 since the brand says to size up… but when I went to go pick up the shoes I was able to try on both sizes and the size 6 still fit me the best. I returned the other pair right away and went home. I started wearing my new sneakers around the house to break them in… but OMG THEY HURT SO BADLY. I have the orginal On Cloud shoes and they are soooo extremely bouncy and comfortable! But the waterproof shoes, are either super loose on the top of my foot (when with the regular laces in) or are rubbing my heel really badly. Based on the reviews, I was worried these would be way too small, but I still went ahead and ordered my regular size (10). When they arrived, my toe brushed the tip and they were snug all around...the whole shoe construction is very sturdy. There's a lot more structure to these than my Brooks running shoes and I suspected that with wear, they'd loosen up. I wore them out on a 2 mile walk and by the end of the walk, my big toe was no longer brushing the tip. I wore them for another 2 mile walk today and they fit perfectly. The more I wear them, the more they mold to my foot. I'm very, very happy with these and am glad I gave them a chance instead of just sending them back.
Love the previous design but this newest version (Cloud 5) required me to size 2 sizes up - from a 7.5 to an 8.5! I had to size up only 1 size for the previous design. The foot insert is also different and does not have the deeper heel cup but rather a flat design. I needed to return them since my heel kept moving up and down. I purchased the black color and see others commented that the black color could be smaller than other colors. I ended up finding my older style in black. I do not think there were any positive upgrades to the newest Cloud 5 design.

Great sneakers. I wear these mostly for long walks and definitely for travel. I bought these so I don’t have to bring other footwear when I travel which also allows me more luggage room. I can also go to the gym with these when travelling. They fit perfectly, are super comfortable, breathable and I can walk for hours and my feet do not bother me. I haven’t used for bad rain storms but have jumped in a few puddles and put in some water and yes waterproof. Only flaw is the groves are so big at times big peddles need to be pushed out of them.
I'm a server and have always had issues with my feet. Specifically, my heels. I bought these because of the hype of how great they are for your feet when working long hours. By day two of wearing them, I was right back where I started with the pain. I threw some dr scholls heel protectors in and that helped but the pain isn't gone. There's zero memory foam in this shoe. It's legit a basic walking shoe with no added support. They do look cute af but I definitely don't see the hype. If you're going to buy, get a size up. I'm a true 8.5 but needed a 9 in these. Also, if you have wide feet, this shoe is not for you as they are very narrow!
My husband and I both got a pair of the shoes (the men’s one for him) and initially it seemed it was perfectly fine. About a couple weeks and we realized that we needed both of our feet were hurting. I had an experience this before, and everybody raves about them so I kind of just brushed it off thinking it would go away. However, my heel pain started to get worse. My husband continuously complained about his feet as well. So we decided to test other shoes out and miraculously the pain went away. So I gave the shoes a second chance, and once again my feet were on fire again. These are definitely going back. I am not happy, especially given the cost I would’ve expected the quality to be much more than what it was..
