I use mine for Orangetheory workouts and HITT training at home that involves rowing, running, weightlifting and dynamic movement.They are crazy light, have great grip, and perform well. I am a huge fan of On shoes and the new Cloud X v3 is another hit!

I bought this month for work to find a relax fit surely it is I’m very pleased. How comfortable being on your feet for 12hrs, I’m happy to purchase
First pair of this brand and I am satisfied. Comfortable without sacrificing support. Use on both trail runs and walks. Will purchase a another pair when needed.
I kept buying expensive shoes and no mater how expensive my shoes were they were always hurting from the back. I work in the medical field and I'm always on my feet so I need comfortable shoes to be in almost all day. A friend recommended these shoes because he had the same problem so I just had to try them. I bought them and let me tell you they are super light and they don't hurt from the back of my feet.
I bought these and very happy w the show. Not only a great workout shoe they look great with a pair of jeans and comfortable when out on a casual night
I purchased a size 8.5 men's in this shoe and thought it was great initially, however there is less padding in the heel when compared to the cloud X/Cloud terry which I have worn for over a year (have had 2 pairs of the cloud X!, both great). Due to this, I may suggest ordering a half size down from your regular size. After a wearing for a period, the shoe began to feel too large. I reordered a half size down (8 men's) from the on site as backcountry didn't have my size :(, and although slightly tight at first, the shoe has broken in nicely and is very comfortable and supportive; more supportive than the cloud X due to a wider heel sole/footprint. Also has more arch support. just my 2 cents!
I really liked the Cloud X 3. I felt that they ran slightly bigger than my Cloud 5 shoes. I decided to return because I couldn't get a smaller size.
3rd pair of On Cloud X, first with the 3 update. Took a few tugs to figure out the new lacing system, seem a bit shorter in the instep than previous gen…maybe just the laces keeping them extra snug.
