I love these shoes! I got them on a whim after being recommended by a friend and when I tell you these are comfortable, you'd best believe it! I sprained my ankle shortly after purchasing and had to wear an air cast and with these shoes 1. they fit WITH the cast on and 2. provided enough comfort and cushion that I almost didn't even need crutches. They are literally like walking on a cloud and I wear them anytime the weather permits.I have wider feet so they can fit a little larger than normal, but I'm sure it's not wide enough to impact sizing.

These have been an excellent and stylish addition to my collection. The comfort is astounding, and my feet feel cradled by the footbed and interior without being constrained by it. Nothing feels like it slides around.I also feel like I have excellent control in these. Every movement feels flowy and natural. And while they're nominally a running shoe, I've found them to work excellently for all but the heaviest-weighted gym activities (for which they're still good, but if that's your thing, get a proper training shoe).Unlike other reviewers, I have found these very true to size.

I ordered a 9 (my usual size) and they seemed a bit too big. But what I couldn’t get passed was that the left shoe felt flat, and the right felt like it had a higher arch but not in the right spot. Returned them and decided to try an 8.5. Seemed ok, till I started walking. They fit better length wise, but tight everywhere else. And the right shoe still had more of a raised arch like the first pair. Had to cut my walk short as my feet were tingling everywhere. Wanted to love these. But just can’t get past the sizing issues and that weird arch in just one of the shoes. They are going back.

This brand came highly recommended by my son. I finally tried them on and he was right. I have a problem with one foot. All my other shoes hurt. These do not. They are so comfortable that I purchased another pair so I can alternate them daily. I am on my feet most of the day so I will be getting more. These are a little small so I got them half a size larger. I
This is the first pair of athletic shoes that didn’t hurt my feet, so I was in mad love. I planned to never look at another brand of athletic shoes. I bought these in Nov. I walk outside approximately 15 mi a week but maybe not even that much due to weather. The souls were wearing out already in Feb! I looked online and it says shoes should be good for like 300+ miles. I didn’t even get close to that. For what you’re spending on these shoes, you don’t expect the souls to wear-out in 3 months and I haven’t had this happen with Brooks ever.
I've been wearing these shoes for 8 months and they're my favorite. I officially made the switch from Brooks to On Running forever. I have a history of a stress fracture and Morton's neuroma on my right foot and these shoes have never hurt my feet. I don't even use my orthotic insoles anymore. When I work at the hospital, I wear them with compression socks and my feet can't even tell I worked 12 hours. I like a little bit of extra wiggle room so I bought 0.5 size up, normally I am a size 6. I weigh 118 lbs. and I'm 5'2" for reference.
These are extremely comfortable shoes. They fit well, they cushion well and take some load for me while running. They work as a pair of sneakers with some jeans to go out and about. My main use is running on a treadmill and they cushion well. I was pleasantly surprised never having heard of this brand how comfortable they were. I would definitely buy another pair when these eventually wear out, which doesn’t look any time soon.
I've worn this shoe for the past 3 years- I was so happy that the fit didn't change with the redesign. They are THE most comfortable shoe I own. I have arthritis in both my feet from broken bones and it has always been hard to find that right balance of firm support and cushy comfort, and these hit the mark. I wear them to work out in, hike, walk, and work in. I'm on my feet all day, every day, and until I bought these I didn't realize how much of my hip and knee pain was from the wrong shoes (I'm 29 but have had a lot of sports injuries). My only complaint is that they wear out relatively quickly. Granted I wear them every day, but I do have 3 pairs I rotate through so I'm not wearing the same pair day after day. That said, I still have to buy a new pair every 4 months and the cost really adds up. I still give them 5 stars with 0 hesitation, though- they really are the best!** I also have the CloudRunner, and those are a bit more durable and supportive, but these are still my faves! Those are a close second. If you can't wear Hokas because they're too squishy, but are looking for something super comfy, give these a shot. You won't regret it.
I bought these because they looked cute (which they do) but they don’t have much support. I wear them to work, don’t actually run in them and they already have holes at the tops of both toes. I could maybe understand if I ran in them and there was a lot of wear and tear but I literally just walk in them. For the price I thought they would last longer. My last pair of work sneakers lasted 4 years not 8 months.
I bought these for my daughter for Christmas, but this style rubbed on an area on the outside of her ankles. Nordstrom has free shipping on orders and returns, which is one reason I shop Nordstrom. I returned these On Cloud shoes and ordered another style of OC. It was so easy to return, and I had the new pair sent to my daughter who lives out of state. She is very happy with the new pair, and she got them in only two days! Thank you Nordstrom for continuing to make shopping so easy and a pleasure.
