I bought my CloudNova's a month ago and initially they were very comfortable. I walk two miles a day in them and they have broken down on the inside and the tread is worn starting on week two of ownership. I placed a warranty claim with On since these shoes should have lasted more than one month with minimal use but they came back and said my shoes have exceeding their lifespan after only one month and is not covered by the warranty. This is not a company that stands by their shoes and has horrible customer service. You can't talk to a person in the warranty department. I would highly advise buying a different shoe that is worth the money because these are dollar store quality at a designer price. I will never own another pair and suggest that you don't either. ... Love these for cross training and walking! The color way is absolutely perfect, I got them in the white pearl. They are slightly gray/cream, so they don't show dirt nearly as fast as an all white shoe- BUT they look white and match everything. And the comfort is real. I ordered a half size up and they are just right.
After hours of searching for the shoes my daughter was wanting, Finish Line was just about the only store we could find them in stock at. Finding certain styles and sizes and On Cloud shoes seems to be pretty difficult lately, so we were very happy to find the ones she wanted on the Finish Line site. We jumped on ordering them, and they arrived at our door just a few days later. I was very pleased with the ordering process and quick shipping. The shoes look great and fit her perfectly. Thanks to Finish Line, my daughter got the shoes wanted in time for back to school!
I realllllllly wanted to love these. I purchased them for work. I work long hours with mixed sitting and standing. I thought they might take some time to break in, but that never happened. They are very hard which started to cause heal pain. The back of the heal also rubs unless you wear a taller sock. They just never got to comfy place.
These shoes are super cute! Loving the style and color scheme. I was looking for a versatile shoe that i could walk, jog and do low impact workouts and unfortunately this was not the shoe. These would be great for running errands but that's about it. I ended up returning and purchasing a pair of Cloudswifts in color ice/oasis...LOVE them! They seemed to run tts. Im usually a 9 in flats/heels and usually order a half size up 9.5 in workout shoes. Ordered these in a 9.5 and they were perfect
I absolutely love these shoes. OnCloud is the best way to describe them. From the amazing arch support to the super light material, the shoe really does make you feel like you're on a cloud. Not to mention, the design has no flaws! The laces, the different materials used and the Switz flag on the back are the silver lining making these a shoe I hope to repurchase in other colors and other styles!
It says something about a shoe when you buy it again and again when it wears out. My Cloudnovas have treated me well. It’s a great transitional shoe from looking cute while at the store to going for a walk or hitting the gym after. I even wore them to universal and walked 14000 steps in a day, with minimal pain to my feet. The Cloudnova 2 runs a little smaller which was a bummer as I hadn’t expected to exchange. I don’t notice much of a different from prior version.
I loved the first version of the cloudnova. The arch support was perfect for my ailing feet. This cloud nova 2.0 is too soft. On Cloud has many other “soft, cushiony” shoes, why did they have to mess it up? These are also wider the original version. I preferred the firm footbed and arch support. The style is on point, just not the foot and arch support.
