I did not purchase these for working out in, I purchased these for travel and excursions. And they did not disappoint! Four full days of pounding the pavement in NYC and hands-down these are the most comfortable walking shoes I've owned. Plus super cute too. Highly recommend. For reference, I'm a 7.5 in Nike, a 7 in Adidas, I ordered these in a 7.5 perfect fit. Will definitely order again.

I had previously bought ON running shoes & had to return because they cut the back of my ankle pretty bad in the first 2 runs. Not an issue with this shoe (I wear the no show socks w/these). I like that they're so light with good cushion, feel like I could walk in these all day. I have a pair of Ghosts and those feel so much heavier than these. I have wide feet so they can feel a little tight if I wear for too long but I believe this is just a part of breaking in process. I do appreciate that they don't add to the size of my foot! All in all good option and great style. Would recommend to a friend & purchase again.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and fit amazingly well. I wear the same size in these running shoes that I wear in other running shoe brands. These shoes cup my heal well and have enough room for my toes to move. They are light weight without being flimsy. I have purchased two pairs previously and have loved them all. The older pairs are still comfortable, but they have been well loved.

I bought a pair of these for work. I’m on my feet all day and was starting to have aching feet and legs from wearing dressy shoes. Dress is formal at work so I chose these shoes for their slender shape and solid black colour. They’re unobtrusive with workwear and so comfortable. I have two pairs now to rotate and have successfully washed them gently.I love them!
I purchased the Cloud Waterproof in the Desert color. I love the color and that they are water proof. This is my 3rd pair of On’s and it’s the first time that I had a pair that ran small. I have always worn a size 6.5 and this style runs about a 1/2 size small. I am so disappointed because Backcountry does not have a size 7. So I will need to return them,
I've heard so many good things about these shoes. I really wanted to like them. I only ordered one pair of shoes that ended up being way to narrow for me. But I will never order from them again based on the amount of time it took for my return. So I contacted on cloud to start the return process which was easy. I got the shoes to FedEx and they shipped it. About a week after that I realized I hadn't heard anything so I check the tracking and it said the shoes arrived in the warehouse I should realize the refund within 7-14 days. Seemed a bit long but I waited. 14 days later I still haven't heard anything. I contact on cloud again and I'm told the shoes were only received a few days earlier but they were putting in the request for the refund right away. 4 days ... These trainers were recommended to me as I tend to have problems breaking in new shoes. I was told it really was like 'walking on clouds'. I ordered half a size up as the website recommends. When they came they felt fine, maybe still a bit neat. I walked around in my house and garden and decided to keep them. But once I went for a walk in them, before long I was limping because of the rub on my right heel. The shoe had completely rubbed away at the skin and caused a blister. I have yet to try them again. I wish I had never bought them, especially considering the price.
I bought these to wear to work (12 hour shifts) and for walking a few times a week (approximately 5 miles each time). I wore them to work and they seemed ok. Not great, but not horrible. I have to stand a lot, but not a lot of constant walking. I made the mistake of wearing these for a 5 mile walk and they completely destroyed my heels. They rubbed both the right and left heel of my feet raw and bloody. I will also note that the materials seem extremely cheap and they don't appear to be very well made. For the price point and the glowing reviews I had high expectations. Into the trash they go, which is really unfortunate as I do not have money to waste.
These shoes are by far the best sneakers i have purchased ! They are my second pair ! I also own the all white ones ! When i first discovered this brand i was a little skeptical due to the price of them ! But as the saying goes you get what you pay for and that definitely the case with these shoes !! For a nurse like me that is always on her feet these shoes make the days better ! They are very lightweight and it feels like nothing is there ! The breathable material is a great addition as well ! You must buy !!! You won’t regret it ! I would size up though because they do run small !! The customer service is phenomenal and the shipping is fast as well !!
