The shoe was ordered and the size was placed 43 and surprised that it arrived and it is smaller than the required size and I returned it and so far I have not received my money

I ordered a UK 9 and twice now a UK 8.5 has been sent - VERY ANNOYINGLabel on box says UK 9 but inside shoe it’s a 8.5Box says US 9 so maybe confused in packing ??
Returned, I received a different shoe size than the size specified in the order!
