I love these shoes so much I not only bought me some but I got some for my husband too. We walk all day at work so we've been looking for some good walking shoes. These are light weight and very comfortable. My husband usually wears a size 8 but they were slightly too big so he went back for a 7 1/2. I too had to get a smaller size.

But model seems to have a fatal latent material defect: fabric cannot be cleaned of organic smell (animal urine or spray) — Usually enzyme cleaner removes such smell easily from sneakers, but not the material of this model. On customer service (only foreign call center agents available with no help provided) was useless and said this model cannot be cleaned like other sneakers and models.

I kept buying expensive shoes and no mater how expensive my shoes were they were always hurting from the back. I work in the medical field and I'm always on my feet so I need comfortable shoes to be in almost all day. A friend recommended these shoes because he had the same problem so I just had to try them. I bought them and let me tell you they are super light and they don't hurt from the back of my feet.

I purchased a size 8.5 men's in this shoe and thought it was great initially, however there is less padding in the heel when compared to the cloud X/Cloud terry which I have worn for over a year (have had 2 pairs of the cloud X!, both great). Due to this, I may suggest ordering a half size down from your regular size. After a wearing for a period, the shoe began to feel too large. I reordered a half size down (8 men's) from the on site as backcountry didn't have my size :(, and although slightly tight at first, the shoe has broken in nicely and is very comfortable and supportive; more supportive than the cloud X due to a wider heel sole/footprint. Also has more arch support. just my 2 cents!
This shoe has a tremendously stiff collar which constantly slaps against one's ankle. I was hoping it would soften after being broken in, but no such luck. It's too bad as other than the collar it is a shoe that meets all my needs.
After owning the first generation On shoes, I needed to upgrade. I tried multiple styles, and these turned out having the best style and fit. I love the look and feel. They fit true to size, despite what the listing says. Highly recommended.
Not as comfortable as we thought they'd be. I bought these for my husband thinking they'd be his new favorite tennis shoe but he said they aren't as comfortable as Brooks. He's on his feet all day and after a few hours of wearing these shoes he asked me for his old tennis shoes back.
These were comfortable all day from the first time I put them on. They are very true to size and plenty of room in front by my toes. The arch is nice and high. I love the color and they can be worn out in place of other casual shoes when going out.
On never fails! Got these for my 12 y/o for every day school use. They are lightweight, machine washable, the light breathable fabric allows for the feet to keep fresh, and they are wonderful to spend the day in! So comfy they feel as if not wearing any shoes at all!!!
I love my new On Cloud shoes! They’re comfortable with good support and light weight. I have a wide foot that limits my choices for shoes. These ran true to size feel great. I would definitely buy this shoe again.
