I always have issue with regular shoes squishing my toes. My foot size is 8.5 E and I typically order a size 9D for regular shoes. I have a couple of On shoes which I sized up to 9.5 but for this model size 9 suffice.Have worn this shoe for about a month now with about 50k in mileage and my feet absolutely love them. Couple of people don't like the firm feel but for me it's firm in the right places. Might buy another one next season

I purchased these for running indoors and outdoors. The second I tried these on I was impressed with the level of comfort and support. I’d never heard of on cloud shoes before but let me tell you they are my absolute favourite now!!I run 5km’s 4 to 5 times a week. I’ve been running for over 20 years including in the military. I can honestly say hands-down these are the most comfortable running shoes I’ve ever worn. I instantly feel arch support when my foot slides into the shoe and you feel a little propelled forward as you run which is fantastic.I love that they have a little band on the top of the shoe to tuck your tied laces into! I am a new runner, training for my first half marathon in July! I have been training in the brooks adrenaline gts 19 for the past 6 months and have had a range of foot pain - from bunion to PF up to my calfs and knees. I started accepting that I may just have to run in pain (i have other foot conditions) and have never really had a pair of shoe that didn't cause some kind of pain on my feet. I was skeptical about the on cloudflow -- I typically wear wide to accommodate for my bunions and on doesn't offer wide. I bit the bullet and got myself 2 pairs (i was deciding between colors), each in 8.5 and 9. I found that the 9 was too long and the 8.5 was comfortable for my bunion and the length was perfect. I took it out for two runs (11.5 miles combined) and so far, ... MoreI am a new runner, training for my first half marathon in July! While I still had a little bit of pain on my bunions, my knees, calf and PF were all gone. My pace per mile also improved (maybe bc the shoe is so light - i almost forget I have them on!!!). I haven't felt this way.....ever. I will be keeping both pairs in 8.5!Thank you on cloud (and roadrunner sports!), you've just introduced me to a whole new world of running!!!

I use to walk on average about 20k steps a day in 2019, but due to pain in knees and my right foot, I stopped walking outside. For the record, I wear prescribed orthopedic insoles in all my athletic shoes when walking; unfortunately, it didn't matter what tennis shoe I put on, I would have pain. Therefore; I stopped walking outside and started working out inside my home and doing chair exercises. In 2020, I visited my doctor's office, I noticed he had on these all black beautiful tennis shoes; I asked him about them, and he told me how much he loved his shoes. I immediately ordered me some waterproof running shoes by "ON." Instantly I noticed how comfortable they were, I kept them on all day; I saw a definite reduction in both knee and foot pain. I have bought this shoe (now in green and white) twice. The first pair (green and purple colours) are still my 'lucky shoes' but I bought a second pair so I can transition into them before my first pair get completely worn out.I really like them for parkruns because:- excellent grip on the downhills compared to most flat-soled road shoes- not too spongy like many road shoes, so, perfect for 5k but I wouldn't use them for longer than 10km. Definitely not for long distance runs. I think the lack of excessive sponginess means that a final sprint is really possible.- excellent as trail shoes involving gravel paths, tarmac. I suppose coming down a mountain some people might want a stiffer middle but I find that makes shoes heavy. These are super light.- Really nice ... MoreI have bought this shoe (now in green and white) twice. I highly rate this brand for comfort. This is my third pair of On running shoes. I purchased this particular pair as a replacement for the shoes of the same model that I bought for my first half marathon last year. They are just so comfy, lightweight and don't have the bulky feel that you can get with models from brands such as Brooks/ Asics with the thick soles. Having worn these trainers for all of my training last year (almost daily runs!) they definitely started to show signs of wear and tear especially around the inside of the heel (as seen by the images). Looking at the material of the new pair i think that On have improved this and opted for a slightly more robust material on the inside of the heel for this years model which is great news. Looking at the material of the new pair i think that On have improved this and opted for a slightly more robust material on the inside of the heel for this years model which is great news. Despite the wear on my old pair I would happily continue to wear out and replace these trainers. I personally always use elastic laces with my trainers (these come with regular laces which i replace) which I think helps get that extra snug fit and prevents unnecessary movement which could lead to blisters. Best for road running as on lanes sometimes pebbles and stones get stuck in the gaps on the tread. Overall definitely recommend this brand and this particular model is my favourite. High price point but absolutely worth the money.
Stylish but Lacks Substance.I purchased these trainers with high expectations, but I must say, don't believe the hype. While they undoubtedly make a bold fashion statement, they fall short in terms of functionality. The design leans more towards a fashion trainer than a reliable running shoe. I found them to be not comfortable during extended wear, and there's a noticeable lack of support around the foot. If you're looking for a shoe that seamlessly blends style and performance, this might not be the right choice for you.
Love these. Have bought 3 pairs of ON Cloud trainers now. Converted from other previous brands for running, walking and casual wear. Look good, super comfortable and light weight. Fit is true to size. Like the elastic lacing and used online options to re-lace so they fit well.
First time buying from Fleet Feet. I like its fast shipping and excellent packaging ( shoe box inside another box)! The sneakers are comfortable, light weight, and colorful in a subtle way. When ordering, do pay attention to the length in size chart; for this one, I need a size 7.0 while my usual size with Nike is 7.5.
These shoes are super light and comfortable. They're also really great looking shoes. Unfortunately they aren't for me for my everyday running needs. I don't think it's the fault of the shoe, I think I'm just at a point where I need to move up to more cushioning. RoadRunner rates them as a 4 for cushioning, and I think they're true to that. They felt great on the road & treadmill until the point where it became obvious to me that I need to move up in the cushioning category (this is something I've suspected for a while, and felt in other "level 4" shoes). I like them for shorter runs (1-2 miles), and speed work, but that's only a couple of days a week for me. They're frustrating on gravel trails, because they constantly pic up rocks in the channel down the midline ... MoreThese shoes are super light and comfortable. These shoes seem really well made, and I've been comfortable walking all day in them. I think a few years ago these would have been the perfect running shoes for me. Right now I'm debating if I'll keep them because I have to find a more cushioned running shoe, but I really like the look and feel of them for every day, so I'm torn. I would definitely recommend them to friends who need moderate cushioning. This was my first time buying ON. I ordered a half size up from my everyday shoe size, which is what I normally do in all brands for running shoes, and the fit was as I expected.
