Bought these for work since I'm on my feet all day. I'm usually a 9, sometimes 8.5. On seems to run big on me and the 8.5 felt right initially but when walking my toes would move forward to touch the front so I exchanged for the 9. The heels of the 9s initially felt loose but have gotten better w wear. I have to pull the laces tighter to accommodate the fit (all On shoes so far) and it bunches a little. Great arch support, roomy toes (like Hokas, good if you have wide feet or bunions). Love the lilac/zinc color combo. Pricey to me but they are comfortable for work. I think they'd be a little clunky to run in

First 2 dmto 3 days these shoes were so comfortable, by the 4th day I could tell that they were already not going to be able to handle how much I walk on concrete, my feet were aching so bad. I walk fast, but I'm only 125lbs and 5'5. I was so disappointed bc I thought I found a new shoe. And then when I called ON to figure out how I could return them I was told go back to foot locker, and after multiple calls and being put on hold for 10 minutes I was told to fill out some inspection report, after I was told I wouldn't have a problem returning or exchanging these bc of the foot locker/Champs policy. I probably spend 2k a year on shoes and I will never take my hard earned dollar to Footlocker again.

I bought these and later saw the OnCloud Runner and went with those instead. If you look closely at the images, they are made of some form of rip-stop nylon material. This offers no stretch and from experience can be hot to wear during summer months, however there is perforation in the tongue of these shoes for breathability. I opted to exchange these for the OnCloud Runner, because there was a differences in comfort so I went with the other option instead. And I was able to get the exact ecru color as these which I really like. I went true to size on these even though its recommended to go next size up.
. I usually wear Hoka’s because of the padding in the soles. But, I’ve been curious about this brand. When I saw these and the cute selection of colors I decided to buy online. I’ve never tried on the brand before so I bought my usual shoe size. I was pleasantly surprised that they look good and feel good. I wore them for a few walks then decided to take them on a trip to Sedona. While they absolutely are not hiking shoes they made it through many miles on the trails. No blisters or aching feet!
I am 27 weeks pregnant and have done a lot of research (online, talking to people) about supportive shoes for me as my body is adjusting to pregnancy weight gain now through the third and fourth trimesters. On Clouds by far were the most recommended shoes. They're expensive so felt like a slippery slope but I have been wearing these now for just under a week and love them. It did take a couple wears to break them in but now I can wear them all day. So supportive which is what I was looking for. Plus I love how they look! Very happy customer!
After purchasing these shoes, I wore them just to run errands. I have very normal, non-problematic feet, but these shoes hurt the arch and ball of my foot to the point that I was almost in tears. For the next 3 days I had to wear soft bedroom slippers because I was still experiencing the pain! I've worn every brand of sneaker, but I've never experienced anything like this before. Since I wore the shoes, Bloomingdales wouldn't allow me to return them. So, I'm donating a pair of expensive sneakers to Goodwill. I'm certainly done with On and I'm done with Bloomingdales!!!
I ordered these shoes in my regular size, and they fit perfectly lengthwise. I can see how someone with a wider foot or a high instep might feel uncomfortable in these as the fabric under the tongue of the shoe is a bit restricting. I suffer from lymphedema, and occasionally have swollen feet, so I can see that these will be a definite no on those days. Otherwise these fit great and the sole of the shoe feels really comfy like I can walk on them all day.
I love tennis shoes, and have been on the hunt for a comfortable pair, these WIN. they are sooo comfy. I have a narrow foot and a high arch and a narrow heel. they fit beautifully with or without socks. I think they would work for a wider foot - but not a super wide foot. they are true to size - i got a 6.5 and that is the size I always buy. love more than Hoka or any other shoe. I wear for walking and day to day - not a runner.
These shoes are super cute! Loving the style and color scheme. I was looking for a versatile shoe that i could walk, jog and do low impact workouts and unfortunately this was not the shoe. These would be great for running errands but that's about it. I ended up returning and purchasing a pair of Cloudswifts in color ice/oasis...LOVE them! They seemed to run tts. Im usually a 9 in flats/heels and usually order a half size up 9.5 in workout shoes. Ordered these in a 9.5 and they were perfect
