When I received the shoes and put them on for the first time, the elastic fabric strap was broken on the left shoe, I have a photo to prove it. Would like a refund or credit.

These shoes are fairly good. I wish I could give a 5 star, but they are a solid 4-star shoe. They have great traction, and nice spring when jumping or running. They are versatile with what you can use them for. The only knock I have is they a little snug in the toe box if you have wide feet.

First pair and won’t be the last - perfect fit ! Very comfortable!!
They run slightly small. I purchased a 9 and had to go up to a 9.5. Exchange was no problem. Very comfortable, good looking, and appear to be well made.
Ty , again yes I enjoy the shoes much . Is it possible to get an extra pair of laces for these shoes ? I would pay for them if necessary , thanks .
My third pair of ON shoes. Great fit, comfort, and breathability. Very happy with these as well
Very good trail shoes. Firmer than the rest of the Cloud shoes
I walk 5 plus miles a day. The Cloudvista shoes are fantastic. The shoes avoid former kneee and foot soreness. My wife has also started wearing the shoes. She walks 8 miles a day.
Love these shoes! Fit true to size 10, for me. So lightweight! Immediately comfortable enough that I ran a 5k in them the first time I wore them. Huckberry exchange policy was fantastic, couldn’t have been easier!
