I walked over 5 miles around the neighborhood during a summer festival and was on my feet all day. When I got home, my feet felt like I never left the house. These shoes are great for walking and running. Very stable on a flat surface, incline, or decline.

These super-buoyant runners are fantastic for long duration walks or runs. I have found myself not wanting to take them off. That said, there are a couple of things that you will want to know before buying them.1) They run about a half size small, so make sure to try them on and get a good feeling for them.2) Their heel incline is higher than most shoes and will work your mid-calves a little differently, so be prepared to “feel it”.3) They are a little “squishy” and provide a feeling of a little more horizontal movement than more stiff runners.In my case, the pros have caused me to wear the Cloudmonsters almost non-stop.

Purchased at store. They felt good in the store for only wearing a few minutes and look koo. Got in parking and decided to put them on and go for a stroll around the strip mall. With in 15 minutes, I could feel the pain! These are definitely NOT cloud monsters! There is very little cush compared many other shoes on the market. If you are looking for a recovery comfort shoe, do not waste your $$! Nike Invincible 3, ASICS nimbus 25, New balance fresh foam v4 all make these cloud monster shoes feel like Fred Flintstone stone wear. Not impressed AT ALL! And, the price is ridonculous for what you get.

I bought these about a month ago and am so glad that I did! I bought these to work in because I am on my feet a lot standing and walking back and forth and they are very comfortable for standing and take a lot of pressure off the back and my knees. I used them for the first time in exercise last week and I couldn't be happier. I walked 3 miles in these and it felt amazing. I felt like I could go further. My feet felt amazing, back felt amazing and my legs felt very supportive. Not sure how these would feel for lifting or in the gym but for walking yes. I'm not a runner girly so i can't speak for that - but for walking, it was a major yes.
I started wearing the On brand of shoes a few years ago, but my needs have changed. I have plantar fasciitis in my foot so I need something that isn't going to exacerbate it. I don't like super cushy shoes, but these are very deceiving. They look like they would be, but in reality, they have the right amount of cushiness while also providing the arch support and relief for my foot. Love them and the color!
I run at least 15 miles a week and decided it was time to upgrade my running shoes. These are cool. Slight squishy feel and a noticeable propulsion forward. I tend to run with my heals taking the brunt of the impact. These really redirected that but KILLED my calves. As expected and no knock on the shoes but just worth noting.
I have bought several of clouds mainly for walking at NordstromRack. This time wanted to try one for running after my Nike got some holes in them. What a mistake. Please look at the photo of what happened after 3 - 5 uses.... completely low quality. They are more expensive than competition... Definitely not buying these again. They have hols in them straight away.
I bought a pair of Cloudmonsters a few months ago and was extremely surprised at how comfortable they are. They are very helpful to me while walking, as I have bursitis in my hip. My sister deals with a bad knee, so I purchased this pair for her. She said, it feels like she's walking on a cloud (no pun intended). Her mobility is much better when walking.

However, after 3 months of light wear, one shoe began squeaking with each step. This squeak is loud enough that people I've walked by routinely notice it. This happens on every surface and occurs when the sole compresses. I contacted On, and they were VERY clear that this was not covered by the warranty, and they recommended I "put baby powder in the shoe". This, obviously, wasn't effective.I looked online, and these shoes squeaking appear to be very common. Please google "On shoes squeaking". It happens as the air cells in the sole compress.
