I bought these shoes because I enjoyed the pair I bought the prior year. They are very lightweight and comfortable. Interestingly, I had to buy a half-size larger this year. They also felt a little more narrow, but that might be that I've widened the earlier pair. I liked the tighter width.I find that bark chips gets stuck in the tread, so I need to check them before entering the house (I walk in the bark chips in my yard). My prior (2022) shoes have not worn out yet. I bought the paid just in case, or for when I need to replace the prior.

I love these runners! I’ve worn Asics for the past decade but I’ve since switched to the Cloudflow. The shoes are extremely light and comfortable. They have a nice bounce to them. I wear them for walking and training outdoors. I also find them very stylish. I now own 3 pairs and will continue with these amazing Swedish shoes!

I feel like I am a snob when it comes to running shoes. I know my stuff. Grew up with Nike. Asics had more support for my feet. Tried HOKA's and no support. I saw this CLOUDFLOW shoe in the lighter colorful combinations and heard the cloud! Bought my first pair and getting my second. These shoes are great for running or walking. I have run my whole life and in my 50's now! These are worth every penny!!!

I use to walk on average about 20k steps a day in 2019, but due to pain in knees and my right foot, I stopped walking outside. For the record, I wear prescribed orthopedic insoles in all my athletic shoes when walking; unfortunately, it didn't matter what tennis shoe I put on, I would have pain. Therefore; I stopped walking outside and started working out inside my home and doing chair exercises. In 2020, I visited my doctor's office, I noticed he had on these all black beautiful tennis shoes; I asked him about them, and he told me how much he loved his shoes. I immediately ordered me some waterproof running shoes by "ON." Instantly I noticed how comfortable they were, I kept them on all day; I saw a definite reduction in both knee and foot pain. I finally got enough nerves to walk outside again. they are by far the most comfortable athletic shoes I have ever worn. I am ready to order my second pair.
I've worn this shoe for the past 3 years- I was so happy that the fit didn't change with the redesign. They are THE most comfortable shoe I own. I have arthritis in both my feet from broken bones and it has always been hard to find that right balance of firm support and cushy comfort, and these hit the mark. I wear them to work out in, hike, walk, and work in. I'm on my feet all day, every day, and until I bought these I didn't realize how much of my hip and knee pain was from the wrong shoes (I'm 29 but have had a lot of sports injuries). My only complaint is that they wear out relatively quickly. Granted I wear them every day, but I do have 3 pairs I rotate through so I'm not wearing the same pair day after day. That said, I still have to buy a new pair every 4 ... That said, I still have to buy a new pair every 4 months and the cost really adds up. I still give them 5 stars with 0 hesitation, though- they really are the best!** I also have the CloudRunner, and those are a bit more durable and supportive, but these are still my faves! Those are a close second. If you can't wear Hokas because they're too squishy, but are looking for something super comfy, give these a shot. You won't regret it.
I have bought this shoe (now in green and white) twice. The first pair (green and purple colours) are still my 'lucky shoes' but I bought a second pair so I can transition into them before my first pair get completely worn out.I really like them for parkruns because:- excellent grip on the downhills compared to most flat-soled road shoes- not too spongy like many road shoes, so, perfect for 5k but I wouldn't use them for longer than 10km. Definitely not for long distance runs. I think the lack of excessive sponginess means that a final sprint is really possible.- excellent as trail shoes involving gravel paths, tarmac. I suppose coming down a mountain some people might want a stiffer middle but I find that makes shoes heavy. These are super light.- Really nice ... This was my first experience with On Shoes. I like so many things about this shoe including quality of construction, light weight, and innovative features. But in the end, it's a road running shoe, and the one thing it is missing is any sort of cushion under the balls of the feat. I wore these shoes once before I returned them. Granted, I was walking, not running. But on a standard 2 mile loop I normally do with my dogs, I returned home with extremely sore balls of the feet. I often do this same loop in a pair of Chaco flip-flops that have zero cushioning, only a hard rubber sole and when I return home my feet feel great. If this pair of running shoes has less cushioning than a pair of hard soled flip-flops, they aren't going to work for me, so I returned them. To ... MoreThis was my first experience with On Shoes. If this pair of running shoes has less cushioning than a pair of hard soled flip-flops, they aren't going to work for me, so I returned them. To be honest, flip flops have the advantage of allowing the foot work the way it was designed and absorb the shock using the arch, metatarsals and musculature. (But no, I can't do the barefoot running thing, I need shoes for running) When you confine your feet into a restrictive shoe, your feet rely more on the engineering of the shoe. When restricted this way, my running shoes need more cushioning. To be fair, I am 6'4" and over 200lbs. For someone with less weight to move around, these shoes may have enough cushioning.
On Women’s Cloudflow: I got a size 9, and I initially didn’t like how the shoe felt after the first use. It felt like my foot was sliding around a bit, but the 8.5 was too small when I tried it on in the store. After a couple of uses it became my favorite pair (worn for a year now). I mostly use them for walking or as an everyday use shoe.I suffered from arch pain and planter fasciitis, and I had been wearing Hoka shoes. Initially, I was worried these wouldn’t be as cushy as the Hokas and I would feel more pain, but I think the smaller base has helped my feet. If I switch back to my Hokas I start getting arch pain again.
I bought these because they looked cute (which they do) but they don’t have much support. I wear them to work, don’t actually run in them and they already have holes at the tops of both toes. I could maybe understand if I ran in them and there was a lot of wear and tear but I literally just walk in them. For the price I thought they would last longer. My last pair of work sneakers lasted 4 years not 8 months.
I can't emphasize how comfortable these shoes are. I run ~30 miles/week and chronically have had issues with blisters on my pinky toe pads after hitting ~ mile 7 per run (this is mainly what limits me from running more). These are the first shoes that have not precipitated this issue for me and I could not be more grateful. I also have exertional compartment syndrome of my anterior lower leg that acts up once in a while, which is prevented by lower drop shoes, so these are perfect. I really could not be happier. I rotate between 2-3 pairs of running shoes and always am extra excited to run in these. The only one very small negative is that they don't feel very secure on wet ground. I haven't slipped, but I do feel like the "roll-off" from the toe on each step feels ... MoreI can't emphasize how comfortable these shoes are. Pretty insignificant in the grand scheme of things for me, but others may care more.Fares well on paved roads and light-duty trails.
