I bought these shoes because they were on the marked down aisle. I am now a big fan of this company and their products! In fact, I have ordered 2 more pairs, but different styles. I want to see how the hiking model fits, as I am not a runner. They deliver comfort through that sole design. When you walk, the oval holes partially squish under your weight and the feeling is amazing!

The first time I had these shoes put on me, I could feel the spring and bounce. They have gotten me all the way to the finish lineMy 5ks are so improved. I am 73 and still winning 1st place in my age group and this shoe is the ones you need. The most comfortable shoe I have. And I have a lot. If people say other wise, they are nuts.I try all the latest shoes and I have not found one that compares to the cloud monster. That's all folks

I was so excited to get these OC Monsters, my first time trying the brand. Out of the box, they are gorgeous!! 5 stars! Deceivingly clunky looking, but lightweight and a nice snug fit. I went up half a size as I normally do with all my running shoes & they were still a little small. I had some room in the toe area, but not much. If you want the "thumb" fit, size up a full size. Walking in the Monster, I was expecting a bit more of a snappy, bouncy step experience, but keep in mind, I just finished a 7 mile run in my Saucony Endorphin Pro 2. This pair offered a wider, roomer toe area and excellent heel lock. Excellent for my shoe rotation. Here's the bummer...this shoe doesn't work for me because it is too high on the outside ankle area. I was attracted by the colors and platform look of the shoe but like most On shoes, the shape is really odd so I might return them. They’re very lightweight and comfortable but the sole is too narrow under the inner arch and I can sense this when I’m walking. It’s like my foot wants to pronate inward because the inner sole isn’t wide enough. This is something I’ve always thought was weird about On shoes but I thought this Cloudmonster style would be different. You can see a comparison in the 2nd photo with my Hoka shoes on the left.
Holy smokes this is such a comfy shoe! It really reminds me of my first pair of Hokas but they don’t look as large and clown-like. I ordered them online and wasn’t sure what to expect but these are going to make getting back into running much easier. My only disappointment is that they seem to runs just slightly smaller than other ON shoes. I tried serval pair on in the store in my normal size 8. Each version fit true to size. They did not have this style in store and they definitely run a smidge smaller. I haven’t run in them yet so I’m not sure if I’ll need to exchange for a half size up or not but my big toe was right at the top of the shoe.
I adore these shoes. They solved the problems I was having with ball-of-foot inflammation, which I got from doing too much high-impact Zumba and walking/running with shoes that didn't have enough cushioning. These are even better than walking on clouds, given the spring they give your step and the arch support. I couldn't be happier, particularly given that they come in wide sizes (hallelujah! That's far too rare). I'll never cheap out on running/dancing shoes again: These are pricey, but so far, they're worth every dime.
I have been thinking about getting these for so long and glad I finally did. They are springy and very comfortable. It’s going to take a few runs to get used to them as they roll you forward more than my previous shoe. I followed the advice of some internet reviews and got a half size up and they fit perfectly. My previous running shoes were also a wide variety and so far no issues with the size of the toe box. Super excited to crush some runs with these! The materials are excellent quality and feel like these will for sure cushion some longer runs.
I usually don't write reviews, but these shoes deserve the praise! After reading other reviews, I decided to give them a try even though I honestly have not had great luck with on shoes. It was truly love at first walk! The shoes are super light and give a nice boost. I originally wore them strictly for work to break them in - I worked 16hr days on my feet and had no pain. Running in them is even better. So far I've only used them for short distance (3-4 mi), but love them so much I want both colors! Of note: I have high arches, so I added my own insoles. I wear a 7 in everyday shoes, and ordered an 8 in these.
I am a nurse and I usually walk 6-8 miles per shift. These shoes were recommended to me as someone with medium arches and slight supination. They are true to size and have extra cushion - the front almost feel like you’re standing on one of those rocking exercise balls. I don’t necessarily enjoy the color and pattern, but at 28 I’ll take a bright shoe over hip & back pain from another shift in Brooke’s or nikes.
I've decided to no longer purchase designer sneakers. They look cool/great but provide no real foot support especially when walking long distances. It was hard to find kicks that actually support bad knees or back and didn't have dated, lame ortho looking designs. These seem to fit the bill. Surprised at how much i felt the difference walking in these almost instantly. Yeah they are pretty much close to designer price but, for me now.....they are worth it. Hope they introduce more modern designs. Oh and if this helps the glacier/meadow is more of a mint green. NOT greyish like it looks online. I ordered my regular size. With my thicker no show sock it still feels normal so for me it's true to size.
