I was worried about fit—normally I’m a 9.5 but sometimes need a 10. Based on the millions of reviews I read, I went with a 10 instead of a 10.5 because ppl said they would stretch a bit. The left shoe fit perfectly on first try—but on the right, my toes brushed against the tip. I started an order for 10.5 but the right shoe stretched enough just by walking up & down my hallway a couple of times, and now it fits perfectly too. The M width is fine—they’re snug & supportive but not too tight (or loose) as slip-ons. I get compliments on the color and love that they keep my feet warm & dry. Highly recommended.

I am so grateful for these sneakers. I bought them specifically for my vacation for walking/site seeing in Portugal for two weeks. They saved my problematic feet! They have so much shock support and no harsh upper edges to rub toes and back of ankles. No blisters/achy throbbing feet at the end of the day. I did size up half a size than my usual On sneakers (including the non waterproof version of this style) and at first slightly stretched the toe area with the inserts they come with to make them a little looser in the toe area. These are my best On sneakers yet and looked attractive too in a light neutral grey color. They are substantial sneakers yet still feel light on the feet. I purchased these for a New England cruise where I would be doing a lot of walking. The one and only positive review was that my feet weren’t soaked in the rain. My feet were sore after walking in these sneakers. The heel area/ankle was very loose causing instability in my heel. If I sized down, it would have been too short; it was just too wide in the heel. Walking on pebbled areas was horrible because the rocks got stuck in the sole and I would need to dig the rocks out before walking on pavement. It was a disappointing purchase and I will stick to Hoka or Brooks as their sneakers have the best cushioning.

Fantastic shoe for what I do!!! I started wearing this shoe after having my first knee surgery. Best thing I ever did!! A friend of mine recommend them. After many years of running track and now in my late 50's, I hike 3-5 miles every day and am quite active outdoors. On our farm they are even on my feet when I am on our Kubota tractor or mending fences. The most comfortable water proof shoe ever! Even after my knee replacement two years ago, I am as active as ever because of the Women's Cloud 5 waterproof model under my feet. Please don't ever change it!
I love On Cloud shoes so I bought the waterproof ones for my trip to Ireland. They are light weight and easy on the sole and joints when you walk. That is very important. However...these shoes force the foot to be pronated (feet roll in). This is very bad. And it's not just me. You can see it in the design of the shoe. The outer shoe is very sturdy - going straight up from the sole of the shoe. But the inner shoe literally is built to hang over the sole, encouraging the foot to roll inward, and over the sole. I had to get sturdy inserts to prevent the inward roll.
These are the first pair of shoes by On that I bought (I now own nine pairs of their shoes... I have too many shoes), and they're still great almost two years later. For walking around town, keeping your feet dry, and looking good as well, these cannot be beat. The dark, matte material that isn't cloth actually is reflective, which is also pretty cool. Over-all, they fit my very slim man's foot really well, maybe even a bit loose (this was the 2021 version, which was actually slimmer than the Cloud 5). Ordered online for Christmas present to my wife. Order arrived promptly and accurately with free shipping with other items. Decided to buy the all weather waterproof version which was nice option to wear anytime and not worry about soggy socks. Lots of hype regarding the comfort of this brand which was a little bit of a letdown as they felt like a regular shoe. She will have a better chance to evaluate comfort when we exchange for a half size larger as it was too snug and not true to size. Looking forward to having a chance to use them outside of the office for outdoor work events, rain or shine. Nice looking shoe!

I purchased these to have comfortable shoes for work. These shoes are basically slip ons even those there are strings in the shoes. They are lightweight. The shoe is made more narrow than a standard size medium shoe. If you're going to be on your feet for hours at a time, I recommend buying insoles because after awhile the center of the bottom of your foot will start to feel like there's no support. And because this shoe is lightweight you also feel everything you step on compared to other shoes in this price range.
I felt the need to leave this review since I have a chunky wide foot and let me tell you these were so painful to wear. My feet were literally throbbing after wearing them for only 4-5 hours on our Disney trip. I was looking for a waterproof shoe since it was raining a lot this past week in Florida and this one caught my attention but they were extremely uncomfortable. The size was appropriate because there was still space between my big toe and the front of the shoe so I definitely don’t need to size up. These are narrow they’re not meant for wide feet like mine. If you have a slim and narrow feet these will be perfect for you.
