I went to REI to try out / buy a pair of Brooks trail shoes, but while looking and discussing things with an associate, she suggested I try out an On Cloudvista. After trying Brooks and On back to back, then walking up their rock testing surface, the Cloudvista won hands down for comfort and completely locking in my foot. Having worn them outside for real now, I'm already looking at buying other On shoes. These are very comfortable, no break in needed, laces stay tied, and the grip is great!

I was having a difficult time finding a 5.5 in any recommended running/walking shoe and was shocked when I tried a 6.5 in the CloudVista and it fit. Thank goodness for the knowledgeable REI person who listened to what my issues were and suggested I try these. Not only do these fit well and are super comfortable, I have not noticed any heel pain walking around LA in these. The look of these are a bonus, they're sleek and light.

I’ve had these for a little over a week now and ran in them 5 times. I’ll start off by saying I am a true 11, literally all my shoes are 11, and I ordered an 11. The first 3 runs, they felt a little snug and I worried that they may be too tight and maybe I should’ve sized up. I stuck with them and by the 4th run they feel perfect and definitely not too tight. They have the perfect amount of cushion and spring without offering too much. I also think they have a trendy look to them. The bottoms are a little better than other on cloud shoes in that there is less space to capture rocks or sticks if you’re trail running. I would buy again and I’m looking at possibly ordering another style from this brand for wear elsewhere. Great shoes!

Love ON's. Usually. Not these. The insoles are 2 pieces put together and rub horribly. They run more narrow and shorter than other ON shoes. Buy at least half size bigger & put in 1 piece new insoles. Never suffered from blisters with ON Intel these. Still like on. But not these or the new ventures.
To be honest, I was super excited to get into a pair of the On running shoes. I purchased this shoe (typically size 10 and had to size up to 10.5 in these, a narrow foot/heel) and the first week I had these, a rip developed in an outer seam. My husband also purchased a pair shortly after and the SAME thing happened. Comfy shoes, not sure about the QC at On.
These are my first pair of On shoes. They are tighter than I expected, I am size 7, bought a 7.5 and decided to keep in hopes that the shoes will stretch. It’s been a week and my toes are still feeling squished use. Also, I love the color but don’t think it’s the best for trail running as it’s mostly white and it gets dirty easily with all the dust. I also feel a lump on the balls of my feet which can be irritating. Would recommend you order two sizes up.
I really loved the comfort of these shoes from the get go. They had cushion and support. Upon getting them dirty I washed them per the usual instructions and noticed a small spot around the ankle where the fabric had worn. I had had the shoes no more than 3 months. Six months down the line and I had splits in the material in 4 places all over the shoes. I am so disappointed in the quality of the shoe given that they cost almost $150. I probably won't purchase this brand again because it isn't worth the price to have shoes showing major signs of wear and tear after only 3 months of purchase, when almost all the tread is still present on the bottom.
Don't make the same mistake I did (I didn't read full product description) and I didn't size up. I'm typically around a Women's 9. These are so so tight, they hurt my toes after an hour and squish my feet badly. I bought them for my honeymoon to run around London and my feet hurt so much by Day #3 I couldn't wear them at all. While the reviews say "true to size" - they are NOT.I adore this brand of shoes, and unfortunately can't even wear these. I'll try again on a larger size.
I just purchased after debating between On & Hoka. I went with the On Vista for walking mainly on dirt/shell road. I did have to get an 8.5 length which I normally wear 7.5. Plenty of toe room. Is of normal width. Super comfortable. The heel does not rub. The tounge sits perfectly. LOVE them!
This shoe is truly like walking on a cloud. Good arch support. The toe box is a little too narrow for me, which is a problem I typically have with any shoe, even though my feet are not wide. I loved everything else about this show, I wish I could kept them.
