It makes things so simple to make and they results all look fabulous as if prepared by a perfect chef. Being 86 years old I find being able to make a simple dish this way which can look as if it is very complicated and impress my visitors (and husband) is really great to have. I would recommend this book for just two people meals which is just my husband and me and also for when we have visitors joining us for a meal and I can immediately produce something looking so professional and tasty.

Generally quite a good book with delicious recipes, though I would argue that some recipes are not all one pan and therefore the title is misleading. Gas marks are also not included in the recipes which is not a deal breaker, but just annoying.
Great one panners. Only prob I can see is the amount of equipment you need. I assumed that one pan must mean saucepan. I was wrong. My fault really. So Im off to by some oven casserole pans now. The recipes are easy and in the new year Ill be in full swing. Saving energy on my bills with my one pan.
I bought 'One' for my daughter, knowing that I would be borrowing it. Blow me down, she bought the same book for me! Great, easy recipes, beautiful photos, clear and simple instructions. Awesome!
Bought this book for its one pan recipes to use when travelling in our Campervan. Lots of choices, easy to follow instructions, well presented. Jamie has nailed it again.
I bought the book for my daughter in law and she just loves it. Simple, very tasty recipes to make without creating a kitchen load of washing up. Easily available ingredients and very clearly written. Definitely a success.
Another Jamie Oliver kitchen essential. Lots of inspiration when struggling with question 'What can I do for dinner' - just need a few of his 'go to' ingredients in your cupboard to produce lovely food.
I had seen some of the Jamie Oliver programmes 'One Pan Wonders' on television. I enjoyed them and when I saw the book I just had to have it. Very clever.
