But despite being on the low side of both the weight and height range, it still didn’t fit (the torso part is too short).Also paying return shipping to Australia from NZ makes it an expensive exercise when I thought I’d been quite dilligent checking the sizing.

Item arrived with a hole at the neck area. Returning it for a refund and not seeking a replacement in case there's further holes popping up during wear! Will consider other brands.

It arrived early - before Christmas (bonus!)It fits - but it's a bit tight. I checked all the measurements before I purchased it. My husband says it will loosen up after a while. The next size up would have been too big. The tightest part is around the thighs (they are a bit big) and the neck (it is quite thin). I took a gamble buying it online (because I couldn't try it on) so I bought the plainest and cheapest one you had. We are going to Apollo Bay so I figured I could stop off at one of your stores on the way and exchange it if I had too.I was prepared to buy a more expensive one if I could try them on in a store near me.I haven't worn it yet so I can't comment on warmth and flexibility - I will tick excellent in order to Agree & Submit.
Very happy with it - fits great. I originally ordered the size 10 as that was closest to my size on your size chart, but it was too small - then I noticed that you recommended going a size bigger as they are a small make - wish I had seen that before I ordered the first time! anyway, the size 12 is perfect.
