Oneplus phones offer some of the best phones on the market. Excellent processor, a super smooth 120hz display, tons of RAM and onboard storage, and fast charging all at a great price. I've had this phone for 3 years and it's still extremely fast. The only complaint I have would be camera quality. I think the hardware is good but their camera software could be improved. For the price, there isn't a better phone on the market.

Item works great! My one complaint (and I bought two so my wife confirmed it with hers) the battery life of both of them is not that great. Same usage as my prior phone and it will be down to 20% well before the end of day. The device had no flaws, perfect looking screen, functioning GSM radio, great voice quality on calls. Really my only complaint is the battery doesn't last as long as it did on my older/slower phone.

The phones are no longer supplied with a screen protector and bumper case pre-equiped, and nobody sells an exact fit protector for this oddly shaped screen, so be prepared to live with a naked screen, it seems to be fairly durable and scratch resistant so far, but I've only had it for 4 months. The camera is better, faster, clearer, and brighter, that is probably the biggest improvement when compared to 6t. The phone is bigger and the screen is much bigger and nicer, the tradeoff being even less of a one handed experience, it's a little tighter in the pocket, and the battery life is not improved. Speaking of the battery, while it doesn't seem to give better runtime, the 65w fast charging is lightning fast, and even when using my old 15w oem warp charger from the 6t the 9pro fully charges from under 50% in about 20 minutes. Connects to things like headphones unreliably, often it refuses to output sound unless I restart the phone and it makes static when I walk with phone in rear pants pockets. It seems to struggle to run basic apps like YouTube, Instagram, Reddit. As well as it just does terrible running the Epson print app or the Ricoh photo connect app The phone is improved in very few ways and I think it seems less reliable than previous model. So it's an ok device and a weak phone and I don't think it was ever a flagship level phone, it's good enough if it can be purchased for under $500. One plus was running a promotion that when combined with my trade in of my old handset would have made the 9 pro a decent deal, but in the end oneplus also did some slimy stuff regarding the cashback rebate, they gave me store credit instead of the agreed upon Cashback on my trade-in, but it's worthless because I already transacted the new phone so now the rebate ($180) is basically stolen by OnePlus because it was not given to me as Cashback, it's store credit trapped in their ecosystem of disapointment. Really leaves sour taste in my mouth. In summation, I won't recommend OnePlus phones to anybody anymore, and my next phone will not be a OnePlus phone.

There's an overwhelming amount of random software bugs and countless that I cannot think of. I've had issues where I have to press the power button multiple times to get it to turn on. Constantly drops cellular service (I've tried different providers and the issue still existed and I've also swapped the sim to a different phone but the issue did not occurr on the other phone) The camera would sometimes show nothing and I'd have to restart it. Certain things annoy me like the alarm, you can't add extra time to the snooze. So you want to come back in 15min but you have the snooze setting for 5min, you'll have to hit snooze 3 times. Another annoying thing is the physical switch for ring, vibrate, and silent and then if you accidentally press the power and up volume trying to screenshot it put the phone in vibrate mode then you have to toggle the switch back into ring mode. Battery life is good with the battery saver mode on. The warp charger is fantastic for extremely fast charging. When I use certain apps the bottom of the screen gets jittery like I'm moving it up and down but I'm not doing anything so that also very annoying. Also would be good to have a secure folder built into the OS instead of having to using another app and the hidden photos feature is usually since it doesn't require a passcode and other apps still access the photos you hide away. I do actually love the camera though. The 8K video is phenomenal. Also there is a lack of good protective cases for what would be a flagship phone.
