This chair has really good back and neck support to help with posture. It's a fairly bigger chair than most so keep that in mind. I would prefer if the sides weren't as arched since it's not compatible with most seat covers or massage seats. The assembly was very easy to understand. The customisable aspects of the armrests don't work as well as you'd like for a decently expensive chair which was the only downfall for me.

Best chair I've owned

Best chair I've ever owned. Frustrating lack of reviews around. This is exceptional. Extremely comfy with great adjustability.Material is top notch. Only thing I wish was the arm rests were longer as sometimes I can't rest my elbows easily.Fantastic build quality too. Not rattles or creaks.For the price....just get it.

Comfy gaming chair with a great suede feel

General size chair with great details finished

I like the chair's design to support my back and neck very well. The size is great and finish is very good. I had this chair for few months, no issue at all. Will buy again for my friend's coming birthday gift. Highly recommended.

Its an awesome chair if you want a chair

My posterior has been most greatful for this purchase. It is extremely comfortable and is soft and cushy where I expect softness and cushyness. It has excellent support and has been a true friend throughout lockdown. I can wholeheartedly recommend this chair if you wanted a chair that does chair things very well.

Moulded supports bulky and firm.

Pros - Australian owned and designed, variety of positions including full recline or tilt forward.Cons - Lumbar/headrest support foam is too thick, doesn't mould to the body, if anything pushes the body forward. Chair base is too firm. With spinal compression becoming so paramount these days, a softer base would help relive some seated pressure. Current foam may be durable, but too firm. Perhaps have options for customers to choose their preferred density of additional supports, even offer a compression reliving cushion for the base.Goldilocks, over and out

Not bad

The suede is lovely, however I would definitely suggest a bigger chair. My thighs only just fit (I'm 5'7). The instructions weren't particularly clear, it was basically just an image of the chair - so be prepared to decode it. It feels a little unstable when reclining like it's just going to topple right over. And with the way it has been assembled it doesn't give you much hope that you won't. The head piece cushion is connected by a clip at the back, not allowing for any movement - and for my height I don't feel like it's sitting in the right position. For the price I would definitely say keep looking around. The blue is cute, and it does support my back at the base but that's about it.

It is more than half the price of a Secret Lab and I couldn’t imagine them being worth the extra $. Maybe they don’t give out faulty products? Absolutely incredible! I'm speechless. Buy this chair trust me! 10/10!! build quality is fantastic. Black suede is so nice! packaging 10/10. Absolutely nothing to fault.
