Best chair I've ever owned. Frustrating lack of reviews around. This is exceptional. Extremely comfy with great adjustability.Material is top notch. Only thing I wish was the arm rests were longer as sometimes I can't rest my elbows easily.Fantastic build quality too. Not rattles or creaks.For the price....just get it.

Comfortable and Stylish

This chair provides excellent ergonomics and comfort in all the right places. Have used a number of gaming chairs over the years, and this is by far the most comfortable yet.The support pillows really make a difference, and seem to fit in perfectly with most body types.All the usual adjustments, Gas Lift mechanism is smooth, tilt-back resistance can be adjusted without it slipping in one direction or other over time.Sturdy construction, capable of handling a 120kg bloke without feeling flimsy.

Comfy gaming chair with a great suede feel

I bought this just over a month ago and here is my review.Packaging: 0/5. It's just a plain brown box with a few brand logos and stickers, nothing like a chair of this price should be coming in.Feel: 5/5. I have never much been a fan of the leather feel of traditional chairs, so when I got this I of course was bias towards loving it however the cushioning is good, possibly memory foam and the suede itself is super soft. The arm cushioning is not good enough for a chair this expensive, they're just firm and not well cushioned enough, however they are still relatively comfortable.Support: 4/5. The chair is definitely big, you would want this chair if you are tall/big/wanted room to fold your legs on the chair. I like it. The fact I can lean back and lock he chair in any position i want is awesome for relaxing and watching movie, I'm so glad I don't have to worry about keeping my balance just to lean back in the chair permanently. The arms are sweet, they move up/down/swivel/left/right/forward/backward.Suede condition after 1+ month. Good. Not marks as I would have expected, though I don't know yet how best to clean the chair

Excellent quality for the price point

This chair is extremely comfortable providing good lumbar and neck support with the included cushions.The build quality and hardware used to assemble the chair are also of high quality and durability. It has a very stylish modern design and the imitation suede like material is soft to the touch and breathable.With this chair you are getting a lot of build quality and features for a relatively low price.

Moulded supports bulky and firm.

Pros - Australian owned and designed, variety of positions including full recline or tilt forward.Cons - Lumbar/headrest support foam is too thick, doesn't mould to the body, if anything pushes the body forward. Chair base is too firm. With spinal compression becoming so paramount these days, a softer base would help relive some seated pressure. Current foam may be durable, but too firm. Perhaps have options for customers to choose their preferred density of additional supports, even offer a compression reliving cushion for the base.Goldilocks, over and out

Not bad

The suede is lovely, however I would definitely suggest a bigger chair. My thighs only just fit (I'm 5'7). The instructions weren't particularly clear, it was basically just an image of the chair - so be prepared to decode it. It feels a little unstable when reclining like it's just going to topple right over. And with the way it has been assembled it doesn't give you much hope that you won't. The head piece cushion is connected by a clip at the back, not allowing for any movement - and for my height I don't feel like it's sitting in the right position. For the price I would definitely say keep looking around. The blue is cute, and it does support my back at the base but that's about it.

It is more than half the price of a Secret Lab and I couldn’t imagine them being worth the extra $. Maybe they don’t give out faulty products? Here’s to hoping I get a new one sent out or a refund.If I didn’t receive a faulty product, my review would have 4’s for each of the categories and I would highly recommend the chair, but for now I will just recommend and wish you luck on hopefully receiving a good chair!

almost perfect

Size is good. Head and lumbar support are comfortable, very minimal adjustment needed then you're all set. Wheels actually go to the direction you are pushing or pulling it to. I don't know about the others but my unit's armrest are not level. Right armrest is lower than the left and find it a little bit annoying when I swivel while sitting, the surface of the left armrest can rub against the bottom of my desk while the right armrest doesn't. But overall, happy with the purchase.
