The chair is incredibly comfortable and trains your back to sit up straight. Being an ergonomic gaming chair, it doesn't allow to lean back as far as traditional gaming chairs, otherwise it wouldn't be classed as ergonomic. The adjustable arm rests are great to allow for different desk heights as well as the adjustable head mount which I would recommend a gaming pillow for extra comfort during those long gaming sessions. Overall, very happy with the product if you're looking for something sleek, comfortable and effectively supports your back and neck. 10/10. Also further, my flat mate bought this chair shortly after trying mine.

Had a real hard time buying a chair as PB is pretty much the only place in CHCH that sells decent chairs but, only had x3 models set up to actual try.I'm not about to spend a decent chunk of money on a chair I can't 'test drive' first so, the options were extremely limited. While this chair is very comfortable, even for long periods of time, it has a good feeling mesh back that should be handy in summer with good lumbar support and the arms can be adjusted in or outwards from the seat as well as up and down.It does have a small creek to it at times and I'm on the lighter end of the scale. The base can be slid back or forwards a bit via a leaver that adjust your seating position however, the mechanism has a very noticable amount of slop in it that clunks when ... MoreHad a real hard time buying a chair as PB is pretty much the only place in CHCH that sells decent chairs but, only had x3 models set up to actual try.I'm not about to spend a decent chunk of money on a chair I can't 'test drive' first so, the options were extremely limited. While this chair is very comfortable, even for long periods of time, it has a good feeling mesh back that should be handy in summer with good lumbar support and the arms can be adjusted in or outwards from the seat as well as up and down.It does have a small creek to it at times and I'm on the lighter end of the scale. The base can be slid back or forwards a bit via a leaver that adjust your seating position however, the mechanism has a very noticable amount of slop in it that clunks when scooting back or forth on the seat. The headrest is adjustable up/down but, not back or forwards - it needs to come forwards to my head a good amount to be actually usable. The seat of the chair would be nicer if it was tilted up a few more degrees (as mentioned in someone else's comment).Overall, it's a pretty solid chair and the pro's definitely outweigh the con's and I'm happy with it.

I ordered this chair as I needed something that would be comfortable and something I look forward to sitting in. After 5 months of use, I can say that this wasn't the case with this purchase. The cushioning is fine, but the overall build quality of the chair seems poor. Its shakes, creaks, and just feels lose. Even the locking mechanism that stops the chair from leaning back will fail at random occasions which causes you to fly back out of no where. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I would definitely return this if I could and just purchase something else I've already replaced this chair with something better. Definitely not a good deal for how much this product costs versus how it performs.

I thought that for an ergonomic chair, the price was really cheap considering the competition. I half expected to have some real downsides in usability or comfort but so far I have yet to come across any that are a hindrance.Who would I recommend this chair to? well anyone who wants better posture aid and or support for long sitting periods. this chair is great for anyone doing any kind of typing for extended lengths of time and or gaming as long as you want to get rid of your poor gaming posture.I would not recommend this chair to anyone who likes to lean forward a lot or lay in their chair with their legs on a desk. There is still the ability to do this but it wont be as great at some other chairs.everything was well packaged and not that heavy to lift. ... MoreI thought that for an ergonomic chair, the price was really cheap considering the competition. There is still the ability to do this but it wont be as great at some other chairs.everything was well packaged and not that heavy to lift. however, some hand cut-outs on the box would have been nice to make carrying easier.assembly is easy with clear instructions and labeled bolts and even came with an Allen key. however, the Allen key is a bit soft and could be easy to round the hex shape if over tightened, spare bolts and a washer are also included. thread locker was already applied to every bolt where metal to metal contact was. huge plus from me as this means I won't be needing to continuously tighten them up.one thing I would change if I was putting together another one of these chairs is to put the armrests on last as it can be a bit hard to put the seat bottom on when they are on but not impossible. The seat padding is really comfortable, durable, and nicely adjustable if need be.The armrests have a firm but accommodating rubber-covered foam that I suspect will hold up a long time and have quite a bit of height adjustment, which is perfect for keeping my arms level with my keyboard without bending my wrist at funny angles.the backrest is easy to tilt, supporting, and the lumbar support is great. the only thing I don't like with the lumbar support is that it can only be adjusted up and down but that prevents slouching so in reality it's a bit of a plus.there is plenty of height adjustment in the headrest and could possibly be an issue with some bulky headsets when rotating your head but for the most part, this is not an issue at all. moving it up and down can be a bit of a pain since you need to move it all the way up to go down but it's not easy to bump out of place so you will hardly ever have to move it after it is set how you want.
This chair would suit casual sitters for a few hours maximum a day. I have had this chair for over a year with prolonged sitting per day and now the memory foam seat is more or less a pancake. It has lost its shape and feels like I'm sitting on wood now. The material inside the seat cushion is not quality at all. Be prepared to oil the screws every few months as it will begin to squeak as well. The headrest is good if you want to recline but the mesh strength loses it's robustness after a while also, so you will lose some back support.Note I am not a big guy (5'10, 79kg), by any means so I find that the seat foam is really just sub par.Avoid if you want a long lasting work from home chair.
This chair looks great and is initially comfortable with the exception of the headrest that has no locking mechanism so it just flops around until you jam it in the base position making the slide and tilt adjustments completely redundant. The chair has 3 tilt settings, Upright/Relaxed/Slouching. However the armrests are fixed to the seat which doesn't tilt at the same rate as the chair back... which means in upright, everything is great/in Relaxed, the arm rests are now wrist rests/and in slouching mode, they're at your knees. After 2 Months it starts to creak. After 4 months it's started bending and is no longer rigid. After 6 months, the internal components that lock the chairs tilting function in place completely blew out into 20 pieces turning the chair into a ... MoreThis chair looks great and is initially comfortable with the exception of the headrest that has no locking mechanism so it just flops around until you jam it in the base position making the slide and tilt adjustments completely redundant. The chair has 3 tilt settings, Upright/Relaxed/Slouching. I bought this chair 2 weeks ago based on the good reviews. However, I have to say that the build quality is absolute lacklustre. Although the chair has great adjustability, the downside is that it wobbles in any direction. I don't know why no one mentions this in the comments. I even went to a store that had the chair on display and that one was also super wobbly, so I don't think it is just mine. Furthermore, the backrest attachment is terrible resulting in a wobbling and uneven backrest (super annoying). Also, one person mentioned in the revies (for the blue coloured version) that it feels like you are sliding downwards a bit. I can confirm that, however, it is only minor. I think most people won't have an issue with that. To summarize, I would strongly recommend ... MoreI bought this chair 2 weeks ago based on the good reviews. To summarize, I would strongly recommend getting a different chair that has a better build quality, check if the seat is well stabilized, which is not the case for this one. The wobbling and the uneven armrests and backrest make this a miss in my opinion.
I bought this chair in January 2022. It was excellent, super comfortable; I found myself able to sit in it for a long time without pain as the chair supports your back without being uncomfortable. However, 6 months have passed now, and I've noticed that the chair has a significant lean. The base of the chair has bent to one side terribly, despite the weight limit being 125kg and me not even weighing half that. It's incredibly difficult and uncomfortable to sit in, and I feel like I'm falling out of it as soon as I sit down. For such an expensive chair, it is unacceptable that such an issue can come up with just under 6 months of use.
Purchased mid Feb 2022. It was super comfortable and I was happy with the purchase.Fast forward 5 to 6 months later and this thing is destroying my butt and back. The cushion has compressed to the point that all you can feel is the wood base and it has developed a lean to the left. I weigh 70kg, much less than it's "rated" 125kg.Add onto that the returns and warranties provided for chairs and you've got a bad way to waste some money. Don't buy this chair. Buy something else. If I could return it I would.
