I bought this 3 months ago and it is currently doing me fine. as a 65kg 165cm tall person I can easily fall asleep in this chair. it was really easy to assemble and I can sit in it for 8 hours easily. with the 3 months I've had this chair the only damage it has is a small rip in the right arm rest and a small bit of flaking down near my bottom left thigh of the material. overall this chair is good value for small people.

I bought one of these chairs several years ago, and it's still comfortable. I work as a graphic designer, and am in front of the computer for 9+ hours daily, and this chair is an essential part of my ergonomic workspace. With wrist braces and this chair's back/neck support, I can eliminate all of the pain I used to feel while working. I bought a brand-new chair for my new desk, and now own two. The new one is just as good as the old one, except possibly even better quality. I have had a very good experience with this product, over multiple years, and I would highly recommend it. Clearly, people who have a good experience with this chair aren't leaving reviews, for the ratings to be this low. I would recommend this chair to anyone who is going to spend as much time ... MoreI bought one of these chairs several years ago, and it's still comfortable. I would recommend this chair to anyone who is going to spend as much time sitting on their butt as I do. I have no idea why you'd buy a smaller chair, which doesn't support your neck, when you could get this style of chair instead.Delivery was quick, the deliveryman was very polite and helpful, and the chair was super easy to put together. I used a drill, but you don't have to.

For the price of the product, I was quite surprised that the armrests are at a fixed height. Additionally, the height the armrests are fixed at seems quite low for a product that claims to be "Australian Designed" (assuming that an Australian Designed product would be designed for the average size Australian).I contacted the manufacturer about the armrests as I wanted to confirm I didn't receive a faulty unit. However, the manufacturer instantly took a very defensive stance and said, "we've never had anyone with this issue before", which is terrible customer service and seems like they wanted to direct that my expectations are the problem. I asked more questions about the armrests, but the manufacturer purposely avoided any of the questions I had about the ... MoreFor the price of the product, I was quite surprised that the armrests are at a fixed height. Good Quality for Price

The chair feels really good and solid. Put the chair together on my own really easy, just when you're attaching the backrest to the seat make sure to not tighten the bolts too much as you need it to manoeuvre the backrest to get the other side's bolts in.The leg stand is made of plastic along with plastic wheels which are pretty standard for all chairs, unless you're planning on bouncing on it this really isn't an issue with the legs breaking. It's got a good amount of cushioning, though overweight people like myself might find the sides of the seat pressing against your legs a bit too much. The side armrests are not adjustable in any direction (up/down or in/out).The backrest reclining angle is fantastic you can go completely to the lay down position. Be careful of reclining too far though and also the tilting function, as it can cause you to tip over considering how far you've reclined the backrest.Overall very happy.

Little sceptical at first.. but WOW!
5 October 2020

I was really anxious about spending $300 (inc postage) on a chair i didnt get to try out first. Would it be comfortable? Is it going to be worth the money? After it arriving and putting it together, a really simple process. It turned out I'd made a great decision. Its so comfy and has enough room for me to sit all weird ways. The neck and lumbar support are fantastic and being able to recline is the best, especially for a quick nap lolThe only thing i would say that could be improved is the arm rests. Definitely need more adjustment options, like up down. As i can only use half my desk due to the height of the arm rests and the lowest point of the gas strut.Other wise its a fantastic chair!

Not worth the price...

Owned for almost three months and this poor excuse for a "gaming chair" is already falling apart on me. The foam on one of the armrests has a tear in it, and that same armrest feels as though it could break off despite being securely bolted in; wheelbase is too far back but that can't be adjusted, which is a problem when I try to scoot forward and almost tilt the whole chair as I do.Don't be a fool like me. Just get an office chair.

Poor quality
12 February 2022

Had mine just going on 4 months now, all the wheels have now broken as I can only assume they are made using a cheaper flimsier plastic. Using my old chairs wheels and they don't seem to break. Also forever having to tighten the screws for the same rests. Sat in it this morning and fell straight back as 2 screws for the backrest had come loose aswell.

Quite happy with this purchase
12 September 2022

The chair was delivered on time. Easy to assemble, with a good quality build and at a reasonable price. It's pretty comfortable. Enough to power nap in on full recline. I've spent long hrs in this chair and haven't yet seen any signs of fatigue in the cushioning.

Terrible quality
21 November 2021

I bought this chair in August 2020 for my son to use during home learning. Within about 9 months it started cracking and peeling. Unfortunately due to lockdown I was unable to return it.We've also had issues with the arms peeling and requiring regular tightening. I am extremely dissapointed in the quality of the product and definitely expected the chair to last longer.

The chair has a typically

The chair has a typically good structure overall for a gaming chair. I like the extra padding on the seat. However, the arm rests are laughably low, which makes them almost useless. If this is important to you, get a chair with adjustable arm rests.
