At the age of 67 my mahi ( job ) entails a lot of heavy lifting , enclosed in confined spaces , greasy surfaces, literally back breaking work. At the end of the day I usually have a very sore neck and back. Since using the posture doctor there's still a little bit of ache and pain but my posture has improved immensely. For me it's a great product 4/ 5.

I find this okay to wear for only short periods as it is quite uncomfortable and restricts a lot of movement. I do a lot detail work which is why I wanted something to help keep my shoulders and upper back straight, but I actually cannot work effectively with it on.

This is actually wonderful. I am 5’7, 150 lbs, and this thing got me straight real quick. You have to wear it tight to get the benefit, so as long as you aren’t using your arms a lot- moving them up and down- you will feel the correction right away. Moving your arms too much will scratch your underarms. I can leave this on for several hours and be comfortable. After wearing, I notice my back wants to sit right all the time, even if it hurts.This thing is so good I am getting my son one as a Xmas present. Get one. Your back will thank you.

I have been wearing the Posture Doctor daily and find little moments when it benefits my back and posture. having been a walking Postie for over forty years and carrying heavy mail over my shoulder hasn't improved my vertebra. I hope that this can come to the rescue.
If I could give this thing zero stars I would. I’m not tall at all (5’8), but I’m kind of broad in the shoulders. In NO WAY does this thing even come close to fitting me. I appreciate the fact you have to pull the straps tight to pull your shoulders back, but when it’s literally impossible to pull them tight enough to touch the Velcro to Velcro it’s useless. Fought this thing for over an hour hoping it’d work, tossed it in the trash out of frustration.
It doesn’t pull your back straight. The straps mainly pull under your arms. It should have a strap across the front. It needs to have a better harness to pull your back forward.
I don't think it is a practical product. After you put it on it starts cutting into your armpits in the front. Is not comfortable whatsoever and does not seem to do what it proclaims to do. If you loosen it it does nothing if you tighten it you're miserable.
Difficult to adjust. Product kept riding up and pressing on back of neck. Even when tightened did not pull shoulders back enough to encourage sitting straight up in front of computer or when standing up. Don't waste your money!
I purchased this for my husband. He is not a big man but he found this belt very uncomfortable to wear as it cut him under the arms when wearing it regardless of loosening the straps off...this resulted in no support whatsoever. Disappointing really as we had hoped he would find some relief from wearing it considering the price we paid!RegardsVal
I love this product. But it seems a little bit for me. The Velcro straps go up really high on my shoulders and come unattached easily.
