Absolutely love these so far

I used to get my nails dipped (sns) before covid. During Covid I learned to do them myself BUT they took a LONG time - I just one day stopped doing it. My nails grew to a really nice length over the summer and I decided I wanted to make them pretty again. I almost went to a salon twice but it didn’t happen…. I researched nail products over this time and decided to give the infinite shine products a go based on the reviews. The things I hated about varnish were pretty much to do with how long it takes to dry and how tacky the nails feel for ages afterwards. OPI sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program.I found that this top coat worked far better than others I have used in preventing chipping! I tend to be quite rough with my hands so my nail polish usually chips within a day of application. With this top coat, I found that my polish lasted a week or more before there was any noticeable chipping. Furthermore, the top coat prevented cracked nail polish underneath from separating, so that any cracks that formed were difficult to notice.I also liked that accidentally touching the wet coat didn't ruin my polish, at most it would leave a slight dent I could smooth out. The polish is easy to apply and levels well. Coverage with 2 coats of colour was ok. This polish is meant to be like gel polish without the lengthy removal process. Easy to remove with standard nail varnish remover. Applicaion easy although drying dry is a bit of a pain when compared to gel. The polish is meant to be chip free however I did notice chips to the tips of the nails within first 24 hours. The polish also can fully peel off the nail from where it chipped on the ends. I did have to reapply the polish to several nails over the period of 11 days. Overall it doesn't hold up to the strength of gel polish (set with a lamp) however is stronger and less chips on the polish than regular nail varnish. I used a little acetone on a cotton ball and it wiped right off. I will definitely be using again.
