This is a great chefs knife. The steel is good quality and the ergonomics are great.
The best chef knife money can buy. It cuts like butter and might just last a lifetime with proper care and use.
Cut well and feel like it will serve me for years to come. On the heavy side but I prefer it personally. Minus 1 star because I feel like the blade is a bit to thick, but hence the durability feel.
