I got this phone as a pre-order and have used it for a month, there are minor bugs here and there but nothing too bad. The camera is honestly amazing plus the display is gorgeous (120hz + 10 bit colour), the charging speeds are amazingly quick (30 mins full charge ) and the build quality is super premium. There is one issue though, the processor unit is quiet powerful (Snap Dragon 888) and drains the battery life, I get about 6 hours of normal usage. I reckon a few system optimization updates could fix this though. If you're looking for a premium phone with an amazing camera, screen and processor you should definitely consider this phone.

I had an Oppo Reno before and battery lasted for 2-3 days on normal use of 2-3 hours daily. I decided to upgrade to X5, after 2 months of use, the battery lasts 2-3 hours on normal use and is already below 20%, not worth the price, so disappointed, I had better expectations considering the high price, time to explore new brands next time. Also, sometimes it gets quite hot randomly, not even running heavy apps.Only pro so far, it charges very fast.

Straight out of the box the OPPO Find X5 is just a breeze to use. It comes with a case and pre-applied glass protection (so no trying to apply and having to deal with bubbles). Everything was so easy, clone phone was great as it copied everything from my previous phone (Samsung S8) wirelessly and has the option to do it from an iPhone as well!!! This phone is really user friendly, I'm not tech savvy and just find everything is really functional and intuitive. I do heaps of work on my phone so having something this easy to use is great. And finally, the camera. OMG!! I can't wait to play with this more as it is incredible. The clarity and sharpness is amazing.

The phone was really easy to set up and file transfer from my previous OPPO was a breeze using a USB C to USB C cable. The rear case is very different to anything I've seen before - looks like finely sandblasted glass which feels superb and will definitely not show fingerprints like the highly glossy ones. The screen is beautiful to use and so customisable that it will be very easy to waste a lot of time playing - I have a moving fairyland wallpaper, cursive fonts, I have used O-Relax for soothing ocean sounds to relax with, created my own Omoji of myself, listened to music with the excellent quality dual speakers and made a video review using the included SoLoop app. Whilst it is quite intuitive to use I was happy to find a detailed Colour OS 12.1 manual online which will enable me take full advantage of the phones extensive range of features. The camera takes superb photos - absolutely true to life colour in daytime and bright sunlight. Nighttime photos were so impressive with the clarity and the amount of detail captured in really low light. I feel like this phone will handle any situation you might like to test it with. Looking forward to testing some of the other features like Xpan and the different filters and I really enjoyed making my first video collating and editing videos, pictures and music. You will have a ball if you choose this phone!
Great screen,fast and responsive with high refresh rate that can be changed for performance or battery. Long battery life with amazing fast charge performance. Still working out best camera settings.Very happy
Love my new phone!I've been an oppo user for 4 years and my last model lasted that long. This model is heavy so I recommend a pop socket to hold it.Beautiful colours, great photos and comes with all the extras that competitor models don't (charger, screen protector and case). Happy!
The camera, the processing speed, and ty he entire phone is such amazing. The battery charger is 80w wired, less the 30 minutes to charge phone. And the gift pack is amazing. The ears pods so sleek and stylish. The watch is so we'll designed and professional that it suit either office or outgoing entire. Yes it's OPPO and not Apple or Samsung. So has not got the big launch hope but is every bit off the competition and more. Go try it for yourself n not just mine.Oppo surprised me 5 years ago and still amazes me even today.
THIS PHONE IS EXCELLENT, GREAT SIZE, VERY FAST CHARGING, GREAT CAMERA AND COMES WITH PROTECTIVE COVER ON FRONT GLASS AND SILICON COVER FOR THE PHONE, AS WELL AS THE VERY FAST CHARGER, ALL IN THE BOX. IT'S ALSO VERY EASY TO TRANSFER ALL DATA FROM YOUR OLD SMART PHONE TO THIS ONE USING OPPO PHONE CLONE...GREAT STUFF.
Bright display colours, fast and responsive. Charges super fast.Downsides are Battery drains rapidly when Location service is on. Curved edges feels somewhat unresponsive at times like there is a blind spot.No earphones included on a phone at that price
