Again, have used this for many years, never any issues.A repeat problem with vision direct though is their sending out of 'old' stock. I've told them before - expiry date of solution is the same as my previous order and will expire before I can use all of the solutions. Their reply last time was that I should not buy so much (their 2 bottle pack!). I've worn lenses for over 40 years.

This opti free replenish enhanced comfort disinfecting solution works great on contacts. Leaves them clean with no residue, doesn’t cause any irritation to my eyes when I put them back in at night. This is an affordable brand compared to some of the other options out there. I have never had any negative experiences with it

This is my go- to brand for contact solution. They keep my contacts clean and soft for comfortable wear. They never cause irritation. I love the twin pack! It comes with two full sized bottles and a contact case. I will continue to purchase!

I have been using Opti-free products for years with my contacts. I have notice a significant difference with puremoist compared to earlier iterations of this product line. My contacts retain moister longer, they are noticeable more comfortable and the solution instantly improves contact comfort when I do a quick rinse on a dry day. I will remain with puremoist for as long as it exists and they don't come out with something better. I have no reason to search for another produce right now

I’ve been using this contact lens solution for somewhere between 5 and 10 years now and it’s great! Provides enough hydration to the contacts to wear all day. One thing I did discover, though, is that you do have to gently rub the lens with it for optimal comfort, although it didn’t hurt me not doing that for years. My contacts were just more comfortable when I started doing that. I use this with Air Optix hydraglyde and I soak the hydraglyde out of the contacts overnight since that compound bugs my eyes (allergy maybe). It works well and I still get better wear than the older Aqua versions with the same solution. The PureMoist version is supposed to be more hydrating than this but, since I have that sensitivity to hydraglyde, I can’t use that, so I stick with this.

Best Solution

I have sensitive eyes and have used this product for many years. I have tried others that made my eyes burn almost immediately, but this one has always worked great with no problems. I wear extended wear lenses and they are always moist and comfortable for long periods of time. This is the only solution that I have found that does not irritate my eyes and provides superior comfort for long periods of time.

Long-term use leads to eye problems

Long-term use of this product gave me *extreme* eye pain and irritation that lasted months. I went to my eye doctor, and she said that this brand in particular has had more problems than any other brand in the people that use it for long periods of time. She said that your body can start to reject it, specifically this kind of contact solution, after long-term use. Safe to say I switched my contact solution, but I’m shocked considering this was my go-to for so many years.

I wear monthly contact lenses now - they are the best thing since sliced bread by the way - so I only use the solution a couple of times per month. However, I always take my lenses out of their respective container solution, and give them a good rinse with Opti-Free before they go in my eyes, and I have never had a problem yet. The Opti-Free has something in it that coats the lenses in a comfort solution which makes them easier to insert into the eye, and also makes them very comfortable indeed. I am a big fan of Opti-Free - as you can tell - and as I have always been totally paranoid about the care of my eyes and my eyesight generally, I would not proffer such a glowing recommendation if I did not feel as strongly as I do. By the way, Opti-Free was recommended by my Optician in the first instance, as is actually used personally by my Optician himself!

Works great

I use this contact solution daily and it works well to keep my contacts clean and my eyes hydrated. I wear contacts 16 hours a day and never have a problem with my eyes feeling dry halfway through the day. My eye doctors have always recommended this contact solution and it’s been great. Little more expensive compared to other brands but worth it to not have to switch to glasses during the day!

no longer satisfied after using this with my acuvue oasys lenses for YEARS

i second the other review i've seen about this solution paired with acuvue oasys lenses. i'd say i've mainly used this specific solution 70% of the time i've worn my acuvue oasys contacts (almost daily for 10 years now) & this solution has progressively gotten worse. my eyes & contacts get so dry so fast recently even when i use eyedrops safe for use with contacts once or twice throughout the day. this solution is not cheap so if i'm spending this amount it'll probably be on trying out a different brand like biotrue
