Hi Everyone imagine hot salty milk with a vague chicken stock after taste, if you can’t imagine that well buy this hideous soup. There are so many better items on the optifast range. If you don’t eat much dairy or don’t like dairy in general, this is not for you. I can’t believe I have $50 worth of this. :(

So after reading reviews I thought I would try this, and it sounded like it was more popular in taste compared to the other flavours from the same brand. LIES! It is so bland it’s disgusting. It’s thick and tasteless, which sounds impossible because it has a bunch of herbs floating in it when you make it. Whatever they did when it was processed killed all taste!! Additionally, to make it you have to slowly microwave it or slowly heat it on the stove...it’s inconvenient! Why can’t you just add hot water from the kettle like normal sachet soups? If you do that though it gets weirdly gluggy with something similar to a milk skin. Would I buy it again...yes...if there was an apocalypse because at least it’s filling and you can grow to ignore the papery aftertaste.

Chicken was better. This has a weird fake creamy taste to it. I needed up mixing it through tinned soup. Was bare-able then.

This product would be the best on the market as per all the instructions on there as also dieticians around Australia has been saying this is the only one that has the least amount of sugar the others have too much of sugar into them I’ve tried this for two weeks straight and that’s all I ate and I lost 8 kg within that two weeks
I recall the first time I tried this chicken soup few years back the taste was not that good and I stopped ordering. This time I thought I need variety of products to lose weight again. So I tried the chicken soup again and is pleasantly surprise. I guess the manufacturer must have twicked the formula and it agrees with my palate this time. I hope they keep this formula for good.
The chicken is my go to shake, especially when I'm not feeling like something sweet. I really like the flavour of this, although I have spoken to a few people that don't like it. I only ever make my shakes with 200ml water, if I use more, I find the flavour is too watered down and doesn't bring out the proper flavour, so I'm not sure if that's what makes thw difference?
Easy to make.I mixed Optifast vegetable soup with several other real vegetable (any mix). And I blend them with hand held mixer. I find it ok but a bit bland on its own but much better with more real vegetable.Result:to be seen. This review was submitted on Optifast UK.
The soup is much improved with shot Worcester sauce added after heating. Mini tomatoes are nice on the side. I found it very filling and never feel hungry. This review was submitted on Optifast UK.
I started on the Optifast journey two weeks ago. I can’t believe I am already 6.5 kg lighter thanks to Optifast. I have this soup and also tomato soup for dinner Together with 2 cups of green veg. I love green veggies anyway so the combination is not only tasty but also filling. For supper I have the lemon pudding which is delicious! I think drinking lots of water is a must. I should also add that I feel completely healthy. I’m very happy to be on this journey.
I look forward to lunch when I make the soup with various spices, such as Piri piri, Chinese spice, smoked paprica_as I prefer a spicy taste as the basic soup is a little bland but is a perfect foundation I am confident that the soup is nutritious and healthy I have been following the two meals Oftifast and light meal pm and have felt well and more energetic with reduced swelling of my ankles.
