A nice flavour, but the results don’t always match

An item I’ve bought often over my years, but unfortunately they’re all difficult to obtain at a 1/2 price promotion, otherwise the cost equates to an ‘expensive drink’. Even though they’re all nice in taste, another 2 brands I recently bought actually work much better for you to ‘keep you full’ for the time period, preventing me from overeating and overspending, yeah hah grandma!!! I’m using Optifast as a ‘change in taste effect/quick and easy drink if close to a direct meal time, to keep the gut/mind settled/satisfied. I’ve personally found that the vita diet (5-7 flavoured varieties) and the ‘man/lady shake’ drinks (I use vanilla or chocolate at the moment are great and keep the body more settled to fulfilment pleasures. They also have more vitamins and nutrients to them, and the man shake says you only have to have 2 meals replaced (your choice which ones to each day), and the other meal is free to you choosing to eat/drink whatever you desire, while you still lose weight… I’ve personally got a few of these to use, so I am, and find the right time for enjoyment, rather than waste them, as they’re an expensive item in the industry - most places, water shops or online usually hover these between $42 and $53, but certainly no less, unless you do a ‘buy more for less offer such as 2 for 1. The items are fine to start on anytime, but difficult to stay on long periods because of the felling full issue - every flavour/ item seems the same with Optifast - optislow to the body. Certainly needs a shakeup by the makers/developers/company.

Delicious Chai shakes.

I have always hated the gritty, thick & awful taste of meal replacement shakes, but honestly the Chai flavour is beautiful. I bought three boxes at once. They taste like milkshakes & are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend them.Just don’t anyone buy them though because there won’t be any left for me. Lol

Chemist direct has the best prices, especially on close to use by dates, but you will consume 21 products in just one week (3 products a day consisting of any flavour shake/bars/ dessert, per day) in my opinion, use lemon dessert, not chocolate, no soups as they are not the best. the Optifast products, are highly recommended, as do surgeons, for fast and healthy weight loss. The first week will be the hardest as you transition, you will also urinate a LOT in that week, from then on, smooth sailing as you lose on average a kilo a week, packaging says up to 2.5 per week.
