I consume approximately 55 grams of protein as such and also strengthen myself from the inside. But I always drink the shake within 5 to 10 minutes of finishing training. I am thrilled with this protein shake and ON products. If you can afford the price, you will not regret your decision.

The mouthfeel of both brands is very similar, although this Optimum Nutrition product make shade it slightly on flavour (but only based on this chocolate variant ... my usual brand has some other very impressive flavours in its range). So, in summary, although this is perfectly good product, it wouldn't tempt me away from my current regular product, simply because it is significantly more costly without offering markedly better quality.
