It's good to be taken by any woman doing a physical activity at any age and it doesn't matter how old you are, just take it as prescribed in order to feel the effects and recover the deficiency of daily needed qualitative vitamins and minerals! For once my hands and feet felt warm; it was like my body turned into a radiator and was able to generate heat all of a sudden. It was pure wonder for me as I thought to myself "so this is what everyone means when they exclaim or complain about how hot the weather is!" Anyway, aside from having a more normal baseline body temperature now with Opti-Women, I also noticed better recovery time after each daily workout (I run, box, jump rope, kettlebell, burpee, pushup, etc), my awful PMS symptoms have disappeared and menstrual cramps have gone away and are now a thing of the past.
