I purchased these for my upcoming WLS and to be honest I do not like them at all. They have a very powdery taste, are extremely thin and overall just taste nasty. I got 2 mix packs and 3 soups. Ended up giving them away and purchasing shakes from elsewhere under my surgeons advice.

While this doesn’t offer the same amount of quality calories necessary to replace an entire meal (from a healthy dietary perspective), it is a good substitute for daytime snacks or an early morning kickstart to the day.Have this for breakfast with a piece of fruit and you’ll be nutritionally set until lunch. The choice of different flavours provides an extra treat for daily variations and change.The best part of this product is that each flavoured sachet actually tastes like the flavour it’s meant to! Chocolate and Strawberry are my favourites :)

Optislim variety pack was quite good. I loved the flavours and they were all easy to consume. Unlike some shakes on the market, these ones are not thick and gluggy. They are the perfect size for a meal replacement for those looking to lose a few kilos. I have since bought bulk packs of my favourite flavours.

I buy on a regular basis to replace a couple of meals and lose weight. Best tasting by far and although they suggest 200 mls of water per sachet. I get the best result with 450 mls chilled water and add the meal replacement to a beverage shaker gives the perfect flavor balance. So tasty and filling. It works.
Much fuller nicer taste than the VLCD ones. Great replacement meal for breakfast. Loved the Cafe latte, chocolate and banana.
These sachets are great tasting. I have them with water and they taste fine. When you have them with Almond Milk, its like a milk shake only healthier. And does not spike my blood sugar. I love them. Great price too.
This is my first time using "shakes" & I was pleasantly surprised at nice they taste, & how they curb my hunger.
Shakes a very sweet, but no filling. I feel because they are sweet they don’t fully pluck my cravings for bad food.
My favourite from this LCD range is the Strawberry flavour. So I decided to purchase the Strawberry flavour from the VLCD range but it tastes different and not as good. No blender needed, the LCD range dissolves better than the VLCD range with the Optislim shaker. I prefer the variety pack also because it gives you more flavour options which I think gave me more motivation to stick to the program. The program works as long as you stick to the diet. I'm losing an average 1 kg a week on the steady weight loss.
Great value, great variety, great tasting flavours! They are quite sweet but that works for me - better than being bitter (looking at you The Lady Shake). I think the strawberry was the dud of the flavours but it was still drinkable. Will be re-buying.
