I was pleasantly surprised at the flavour and creamy texture of this soup.In a saucepan fry up 1 tsp of green curry paste until fragrant (no oil), add 2 cups of veg, cook for a min or so before adding approx 200ml of water. Simmer until veg is cooked. In measuring cup, mix up soup powder with 50ml water to make a paste. Remove saucepan from heat and stir through soup paste.Enjoy!

Nice soup for a diet one
I like some of the OptiSlim other meals, and have enjoyed them, but not this one, it's so grainy tasting.
The product it self sounds great but Tastes really yuck
This controls my appetite and is a pleasant soup
Loved this flavour the best. Don’t over do the hot water. Stick to the amount on packet for best taste.
