I'm super impressed by the products , it seems great value for money perfect for meals if I'm in a hurry , I rarely used to have breakfast but now I have a shake as it's not to heavy but keeps me going till lunch. Tastes good and the delivery was quick and easy definitely recommend!

Extremely happy with the quality of the product, I was using another brand that was very inconsistent in quality of the consistency of the shakes when made, sometimes thin other times too thick. The Optislim shakes taste great and get me through the day at my physical job, will you ever consider Peanut Butter as a flavour?
The Banana flavour is my favourite. Its not too sweet and I really enjoy this. I mix it with really cold water rather than milk and its still very filling.
Theses drinks do work well I've lost 12 kg,s in 6 months with this product, I think I would loss more if I cut my evening meal to a smaller portion as well, but my doctor is happy with me, the wife is happy as well and that's the main thing, I still want to loss another 20kg,s so still drinking these.The only thing I would like if there was a more of a choice of flavour,s and the flavours could be a bit more stronger. IMO.I use a drink blender as well which saves trying to shake the drinks upI also have a USB drink blender in my car as well so when on the road I can use as well.
Way better than anticipated, the first 3 days were the hardest but I find I'm looking forward to having the shakes, I'm not getting hungry and my energy levels are better than they have been in years. I was pretty sceptical this would make such a difference but a mate put me on to it and I'm glad he did
First time purchasing this product, but after reading a number of reviews I decided to go with it.Am really glad that I did decide to buy. It has helped cut back on my 'grazing' during the day and I have now moved to breakfast and lunch using the formula. I will definately be buying more shortly as I am really enjoying the flavours and the ease of creating a meal in a blender.
Brilliant product! I replaced breakfast with a daily satchel of Optislim VLCD. Keeps me full till dinner and keeps the kilos away. Have used it consistently for more than a year combined with 45-60 minutes of intense exercise every day. Has made me a new person. Thank you!
Excellent product for weight and hunger management for busy men, i have the coffee shake for breakfast and choc for lunch and only eat a good sized dinner with 1hr cardio 5 days a week and have lost 8kgs in 5 weeks, I never feal hungry always full and have the energy to train daily without food. These shakes are alot better than most on the market as they dont go think and heavy within 5 minutes
