Needs to be 6 to a pack, I think they only do 5 bars to box so you have little option but to buy another box if having 2 a day on your diet plan. Bars are a little small, but they taste great.

Bargain Chemists consumer friendly website is easy to use from locating products through to the payment process and options and superb value for money. The Optislim Caramel taste is not as nice as the cookies and cream.

I have not been happy with the Optislim products. The bars are OK and I will eat them but I have not been able to stomach the shakes! I read a lot of reviews prior to buying these products and they have not lived up to my expectations. I have tried to get a refund as I have only used one of each but was refused as they are food products. Beware!

In a word, convenient. Feel more like a treat, which is nice when dieting.
I would recommend this product if you are looking for weight management that you don't have to think about and you are happy with the variety available.
I bought these to go with Optifast shakes so I felt like I could eat something real. I was pleasantly surprised when they tasted so good. Highly recommend these if your trying to live on shakes alone. I would have the bar for lunch most days.
