I brought this product as part of the weight loss program and found it very filling. The bars themselves are quite hard, but have a nice flavour, however I would have hoped for a slightly stronger berry fruit flavour as it is quite mild. I enjoy the texture and crunch or the bar.

I have been buying this product for the last 6 months. I replace 2 meals with a bar each day. It is a tasty, convenient no fuss meal replacement that helps with weight loss & weight management. I recommend the Berry Crunch flavor.

I love these bars! I bought these as meal replacement for a colleague who works in Covid ICU and these are amongst our favourite! Much nicer flavour than other brands. I usually buy mixed bulk box on sale as well
